Simple to select items from an equally simple website, very efficient next working day delivery, very competitive and very inexpensive postal charges. Only criticism, there was no reference to either AM or PM delivery slots, so had to phone, other than that, would have no hesitation to recommend Storm. Keep up the good work and will be ordering more soon

We have been purchasing from these guys for the past 6 years. We have never been let down, the service has been fantastic. We know the guys at Storm really well; they really do go the extra mile to make sure we are always happy. We are growing business and need a reliable company for our packaging. We always send samples of our new items to Storm who then find the best packaging for it. It could be a jiffy bag, cardboard box or a mailing sack, but they always keep the cost of the packaging to a minimum and always send a few samples for us to try. Even the samples turn up on a next day delivery service (the service is just perfect!). As our business grows its vital we have a reliable company for our packaging and we are grateful we have Storm Trading. Thank you

The double-walled cardboard box I purchased for sending books abroad were promptly delivered to me, but I needed to put extra cardboard inside to reinforce them in order to prevent damage in transit. I then purchased a roll of corrugated cardboard 1000mm wide and it was delivered the very next day, now that s what you call service!

Offers good value packaging but quality wildly variable. First delivery of boxes was prompt and quality fine. Second delivery I received was poor, with boxes with very thin walls necessitating double-up on all orders. Also 30% of boxes had not been glued together.

We wanted chlorine, acid free tissue and white packing paper, and a decent choice of colours. Storm Trading ticked all the boxes at a competitive prices. We placed an order with these guys on Monday and it was delivered Tuesday. Top class service and overall we're very pleased.

I've never received such a poor excuse for customer service from a company before.

I ordered some display bags on their website, which were described as crystal clear bags suitable for storing documents. However upon receipt of the bags, I was not happy with the quality. The bags that I received were not clear, and were infact a murky semi-transparant material. They were incredibly thin and flimsy, and were folded and haphazardly crammed loose into a mailing bag - meaning that when they arrived, they were full of ugly folds and creases.





I immediately tried to call the customer services team, and received a message saying that the call cannot be taken right now. Despite the website stating that they're open until 5pm... I have now had to email again to request that this be resolved.

Their website has absolutely no information on dealing with returns, refunds or problems with your order. Their live chat is ALWAYS offline, they don't respond to emails, and their phone lines seem to be open only for a mere few hours during the day when they feel like it. Rather than the 9-5 that they state on their website.

Poor excuse for a company, avoid at all costs.

Excellent service and quick turnaround of order. A minor issue when a member of staff signed for the package and put it in 'a safe place!' without letting anyone know!!! Alisha, was very helpful and patient until we'd unraveled the mystery... Thank you Alisha :)

Great selection of postage and packing materials at great prices. You can call in and collect from the trade counter but it's cash only and quite tricky to find. You have to go down into the industrial estate but there are plenty of signs outside so you know you've found it.

Probably the worst company I have ever had the misfortune to deal with. I called before I ordered to check if Item will be delivered the next day, they promised me it would, I then called again after and they told me Yes it has been sent I will receive it the next day. Of course I didn't and when I called back they refused to help me and denied ever saying it would be sent next day.

I lost a lot of money because of Storm Trading.

Really impressed with the companies 'eco' options. The packing peanuts was great. Quick delivery, however ordered some paper bubble wrap as an alternative to plastic but sadly it arrived completely enclosed in lots of stretchy plastic. Not sure what a good alternative would be to protect the product but would be good if this could be looked into going forward.

This company doesn t seem to be interested in doing business.

Called a while ago and spoke to the sales team member, to set up a business account and if they are able to send sample.

The reply was we don t do samples and no effort made at all to understand the size of opportunity or customers requirement.

I have been using this company for ages.
Always good quality and fast delivery.
My latest batch of cardboard boxes seemed of poor quality.
Had to use way more tape to get them to stick.
Not like the other boxes I'd received.
Eventually spoke to customer service after 3 emails and 2 phone calls.
Wasn't bothered in the slightest.
Customer serve is bad.

Excellent service and good communication - iv bought a few items from this company and they have always exceeded my expectations.

Just recently started purchasing from Storm Trading when my existing supplier let me down, I am very impressed. I placed my order at 3pm on Thursday and received it the next day at 9am. It was tracked along the way and I was sent a text messages from the carrier. I also received an email with an Invoice. The product was also brilliant; we used the bubble wrap for our warehouse operations on a daily basis. Soon enough we will be purchasing all of our packaging supplies from these guys. We are currently in talks with the sales department who will be giving us an extra discount for large volumes. I am glad we found Storm, especially when our current supplier kept letting us down and making false promises. Storm have done exactly what we required, next day delivery with very good communication and a brilliant all round service. Keep up the good work!

I honestly was blown away at how quickly my boxes arrived. The boxes I ordered were slightly different in the fact that instead of white on the outside of the box and kraft on the inside, I had custom boxes now do just the reverse. Kraft on the outside and white on the inside. It took only a day to receive them! Wow! Great job! Thanks Guys!
