I've never received such a poor excuse for customer service from a company before.
I ordered some display bags on their website, which were described as crystal clear bags suitable for storing documents. However upon receipt of the bags, I was not happy with the quality. The bags that I received were not clear, and were infact a murky semi-transparant material. They were incredibly thin and flimsy, and were folded and haphazardly crammed loose into a mailing bag - meaning that when they arrived, they were full of ugly folds and creases.
I immediately tried to call the customer services team, and received a message saying that the call cannot be taken right now. Despite the website stating that they're open until 5pm... I have now had to email again to request that this be resolved.
Their website has absolutely no information on dealing with returns, refunds or problems with your order. Their live chat is ALWAYS offline, they don't respond to emails, and their phone lines seem to be open only for a mere few hours during the day when they feel like it. Rather than the 9-5 that they state on their website.
Poor excuse for a company, avoid at all costs.
