One of the employees here was incredibly unprofessional, and rude to me last night. I won't be going back.

Quiet lunch crowd. Quick, attentive, friendly service. Great options for lunch. The Fig Jam FLATBREAD was amazing!!

Great sandwiches and apps. $5 apps 3-6pm. Keno and great steak tips. Friendly staff.

We had our wedding reception in the function room at Stonewood Tavern and they did an amazing job! The prices were very reasonable, the guests were so impressed with the food, which was all freshly made and delicious, and their event coordinator Lauren made sure everything was perfect and even more beautiful than I had imagined. She made sure we were 100% taken care of and we had nothing at all to stress about through the planning process and especially at the reception. She and her staff were fast, accomodating, welcoming, and professional. I feel like we found a hidden gem.

This place NEVER answers the phone, updates the VM for schedule changes, or updates their webpage. Even when they shut down for events and only paste a piece of paper on the front door...Management should be much smarter in this 21st century.

Burgers are big but my medium burger was well. Flat bread are very good. Chicken fingers dry and hard. Our waitress was wonderful

Nice little spot for south peabody. Generally an older clientele, say 40s maybe. Heard the live music can be good aswell.

Although this is more of a formal restaurant, they have great burgers and sandwiches. The dining room isn't very noisy and has a nice atmosphere, and there's a spacious bar with lots of TVs. They offer live music and trivia on various nights of the week.

Nice place. Easy parking. Great menu. Lisa is the BEST server! I'll be back soon!

The service here is trash, don't waste your time here unless you feel like waiting 45 minutes just for your drink

Came here during trivia night. A lot of teams and smart folks, bring your thinking caps or friends who are wealth of random knowledge. No cheating either!

That said, their beer selection is ok, food was tasty and the wait staff and bartenders were nice and attentive

Upscale bar food, great drinks. What makes this place shine are their Friday and Saturday nights. Great bands will frequent this location on those nights. Only $10 dollar cover charge, we'll worth it.

Trivanight good. Food was ok, but cheap on protein portions.

The food was very good, however the customer service was not warm and inviting. The host was not friendly and waitress was not attentive. Although, the restaurant was not full during lunch time, we had to wait a long time for our food and the waitress did not check up on us. Not sure if I would recommend the restaurant to my friends or go back again. The manager needs work on better customer service with his staff.

I recently hosted a party here and I couldn't have been any more pleased with the service, the food and the function room. I was blown away with how helpful the staff was. The guests all thought that it was a fantastic party with five star food.

We were blown away by the level of professionalism that the scheduled band displayed on sat. Night Labor Day weekend, 3 levels up . High quality joint in the middle of a working class neighborhood. Note: did not have dinner here, only great music scene.

DO NOT EAT HERE! I was there last Friday night with a group of friends. The food was average at best but the real issue was when I was in the bathroom. One of the kitchen staff came out of the stall and walked right out and back into the kitchen. He didn't even pretend to wash his hands. Based on the smell he left behind, he wasn't changing his clothes. I immediately went to the manager and he proceeded to do absolutely NOTHING. He looked stunned when I told him but didn't apologize or say ANYTHING. Not a word. I then watched him go into the kitchen but he just stood there for a few minutes and walked back on the floor. Not sure if he wanted to give the impression that he was doing something and didn't realize I was watching but that's exactly what happened.

They hosted my client's babyshower and they were amazing. I was hired to decorate the event and Lauren and Chris who are in charge of the function room were nothing short of professional and extremely helpful. If you are looking for a venue, with superior service and quality, I highly suggest Stonewood. The food was also great; they custom made an appetizer for my client and it was the hit of the night. 5 stars across the board. Thank you Lauren and Chris!

This place has a nice atmosphere, but if you like flavorless food than this is your spot! Even the alcohol drinks are whimpy all the food has no flavor and I mean all of it from desserts to appetizer to entree. Very disappointed with this spot. I highly don't recommend to no one..

Staff is very friendly. Modern decor and atmosphere. Smaller menu, but the food is tasty. If you're passing by, give this place a chance. I don't think you'll be disappointed.

Nice big long bar, lots of beers to choose from bottled, & tap. Good food, & the best part is they have a good full size stage for their Friday and Saturday nights of live band music. & They do get good live bands playing there.

It was a private party and everything from food to drinks was great.

Arrived at11:30 am on a Saturday. I asked for a table for 5. The hostess ran in the back for 10 minutes. When she returned she said they were full. Nobody at the bar and only 6 people seated at a table. I guess the restaurant only handles 6 people at a time. What a joke.

Great venue for a release show! Unique stage behind the bar! Had a blast!

My wife and I have been coming here since we moved to the area. We even decided to have our wedding reception. After the wedding the most consistent feedback was how good the food was. Everyone was very impressed, so much so that one of our guests is deciding to have his event there as well.

Friendly staff, affordable, good food. We contemplated having our wedding here it just could not accommodate the number of guests we had. It is a really fun place!

I don t even know where to begin to describe how AMAZING the Stonewood Tavern was handling our wedding. Lauren the event coordinator was so great and always pleasant, answering all my questions as they came up (believe me there were quite a few). The room itself is gorgeous and we knew this was the place we wanted to have our wedding. It was the perfect spot! The decor has a modern look and the lighting was also a great touch! The waitstaff and function staff were out of this world the night of the wedding. I can t thank the entire staff that made our night possible. This establishment is on their A game for sure! The food was amazing! I m not going to lie being a fisherman s daughter I am always nervous about having fish. The haddock was one of our three main dishes and it was really good. My dad even commented on how good it was! I still have some of our guests telling us how great the food was at our wedding! Lauren and one of the waitresses met with me the day before with all our decorations and we went through all of it and where it would be located. As a bride I know that I was super annoying and particular and everyone was so pleasant and attentive to everything I asked or had envisioned. However, above and beyond all this Stonewood stepped it up for us during our wedding in a way we never imagined we would need them to. Our dj didn t show up. Yup that s right, he didn t show! We had hired a dj separate from the Stonewood Tavern venue. We scrambled to figure out what to do as our ceremony was also in the same room as the reception. Our guests were out in the room waiting and I didn t want them to think in was a runaway bride. We got the bar opened and appetizers were being passed to keep the guests comfortable. It also poured buckets right at the beginning of our ceremony and reception. One of the waiters ran around between us ladies in the back room and the guests in the reception room. He even went to the car got our things so we didn t have to be in the rain. He brought us drinks and appetizers. Stonewood was willing to use their sound system and the staff queued up our processional music for the ceremony. We were and still completely devastated the dj didn t show up but, Stonewood helped us to have a some of our day come to fruition. They also queued up Spotify to have some music playing throughout the night. I can t thank the entire staff enough for trying to fix a disaster that wasn t their fault. I would suggest having a function here to anyone looking for a place. I hope to be able to do business with them again in the future. They are truly a hidden gem on the north shore!

The food was good but the service was awful. Also we were see wacthing football and a regular came in and watered to watch something else. No one asked if we cared if they just changed the channel. They changed all of the tv's at the bar to Basketball and it was not even the Celtics.

Loved the food and ambiance! Couldn't wait to go the second time...and I did. They did not disappoint.

If you want tasty, dependable meals without breaking the bank and you like local "tavern" atmosphere, (without being in a dark, beer-smelling, back room), you'll enjoy Stonewood. It a very pleasant local treasure that hits the mark with American fare.

My sisters and I went here for lunch. Brian our server was jovial and attentive, making suggestions on drinks and entries. He suggested a hard cider which was good. The food was great!! The turkey club on wheat had generous amounts of hand sliced turkey breast and the toasted wheat bread had just the right crunch! The turkey wrap and hamburger my sisters ordered were just as good! We'll be back!

I used to enjoy going here once in awhile but the last couple of times I was extremely disappointed. Apparently the management changed as did most of the staff.

Use to be great, yesterday and the time before service was slow, food? Food was ok par at best. Got a burger and it was raw. Sent it back and the second one was raw as well. No one in the place and took for ever to get a second drink. Guy behind the bar went fishing across the street. With one of the cook staff. Huh maybe that's why the food was par and the service was slow?

Booked an event here A YEAR AGO for this month. Yesterday, 2 weeks before the event they inform us that they ve given the room to someone else. There was over 2300 guests (yes, 2300) expected to filter through the event, so not only did they leave us in a bind for a new location for the event that was scheduled A YEAR AGO, they had the nerve to CANCEL the event all together on Facebook, rather than remove themselves as the co-hosts they were FOR THE PAST YEAR! A year of planning, advertising and marketing down the drain. This is, without a doubt, the most difficult, unethical company we have EVER dealt with. If you re planning a special event, stay clear.
P.S. the food is nasty, too.

Went for lunch at about 1:30pm, we were seated immediately. Comfy place, lots of good things on the menu, signature drinks too! We got the steak tips, the Salmon with coconut rice, and the chicken caprese panini. I was a little surprised at how expensive it was. The sandwich was $13, the tips with fries were $18, and the salmon was $23!! Apparently they don't offer a lunch menu. The food was very good though and we finished it all. Server was friendly and professional, quick service too. All in all a very nice meal and a comfortable cozy spot.

I heard Stonewood Tavern Peabody was refining their app menu in prep for next week's start of their 1/2 price apps special on Tuesday nights, so my BIL Jay, and I decided to head on over and eat our way through the app menu and wash it all down with some local brews!

We were actually pleasantly surprised, not having any high expectations. A varied selection, including many sharable options, from a slider trio to wings to crab cakes to flatbreads were all very consistent and tasty!

I was actually impressed with their mussels, as they were unexpectedly good for a spot not specifically known for seafood. A few points off since they missed the toast to dip in the broth, but no biggie! Crab cakes actually had a great consistency and topped with an excellent corn salsa that complimented the dish really well.

Cheeseburger Rangoons (yes!) topped with a spicy ketchup were something a bit different than the rest of the menu, but really worked! Great crunch on the dough and nice spin on a classic taste! The slider trio was pulled pork, burger, and chicken. I would say my preference was in that order, with the pork option being the most delectable and the chicken not memorable.

We had a few orders of wings, an app menu staple anywhere you go, and have mixed feelings with their execution. Tried both traditional and siracha flavors. Both were decent, and it might just be my preference, but the wings were not as substantial in size as I expected and on the dry side. Not only the meat, but if I am dipping my claws into a plate of wings, I want to be licking that delicious sauce off my fingers, and I just didn't get that. Also, no blue cheese dressing on the side.

A fig flatbread was also unexpectedly scrumptious with fresh mozzarella and splashed with balsamic, the flavors all melded together perfectly!

Again, a few fixable things but a mostly positive experience with the menu. As an aside, the service at the bar was friendly and attentive, as the restaurant was fairly full for a Tuesday night.

PS: My mind was blown when I heard about a 'Drunken Pumpkin', which I have surprisingly have never had. It's Shipyard Pumpkin in a rimmed glass with some Stoli Vanilla. Not something you'd have more than one of due to the sweetness, but it was certainly delicious!

Don't go to the bar after 8:00 at night. The bartenders ignore you. They only focus on cleaning up the end of the bar closest to the kitchen ...All I can see is tapping on the computer/ register. There is a couple that just sat down next to me the bartender has looked at them 3 times but never came over....What a waste. I'm better off going to Capone's or even champions. Hell I live so close I'm just going home to drink booze no wait at all!

Tuesday's Dinner for two and the service was Excellent.

Had a blast here with friends after the Factory Yard Reunion Party! They have great bands, a huge dance floor and they draw a huge crowd! Best night out in a long time!!

As a favor, I filled in one night for a local band as a sideman drummer and had a great time. The staff was friendly and the crowd was really into live music.

Their food was very good. Unfortunately, it took way too long to receive my order. Bottom line, if you like live music and good food, check this place out!
