I used to love this company but not anymore. I had over $1400.00 in credit and order two items for $120.00 my request was reviewed and denied unless I paid $70.00 of the $120.00. I will never order from this company or Massey's again. They will not receive one more penny from me. Stay clear!!

I ordered 3 items on Sept. 12th. It is Sept. 28th and I have seen nothing. I have been a Stoneberry customer for years. But that's all over now. As a Senior I don't have forever to live waiting for delivery.

I wish I could give this company 0 stars. I ordered a boombox that ended up being defective so returned it and paid for shipping both ways. Now they are trying to make me pay for finance charges that keep adding up. I refuse to pay this I will not! Don t use stoneberry total rip-off by the time you pay it off you pay double.

Had to cancel my credit card they do not answer there phones had to file a fraudulent claim against them. Buyer be warned do not do busines with them

My wife received a bill for 24.95 for something we never order. Called couple times to try to resolve problem. They said my wife in her 60s ordered some pink headphones that were not ordered or received. Now they have collection agency wanting 157.74. I have now contacted the Better Business Bureau.
Do not order from or send money for something you did not order.

Bought an Elite Gourmet coffee purculator for my husband first day he only made four cups next day he made 10 cups and coffee was going all over the counter was leaking from the knob on the lid called for replacement and had a difficult time with so called supervisor Vicky then tells me five days to get return label then I have to call and let them know shipped back then they'll send replacement. They like it when you're buying from them but when you do a return for replacement they get very upset.

I have ordered many items from them and it has been a excellent customer experience. I needed to return a item because it had worn prematurely. This is a uncommon event because they carry quality merchandise. They paid for the shipping of my old sandals and are in the process of sending me a new pair.
