Older but nice building with a gym, sauna and pool. 24 hour security.

Just wonderful, excellent view of the ocean, and the yearly race event....Front row seat to the event...

Great views of The Queen Mary and the ocean. The lobby is very nice. You can actually watch part of the races during Grand Prix.
The Security Team is on point thanks to Charles & John. The have coffee available and they are very welcoming.

24 hour security, Quiet, Clean, Friendly, and Great location.

Really friendly security, and clean building. Pet friendly building, always ample of parking space available.

Great views of 4th of July fireworks and also of the Grand Prix when that's in town.
