Bought an Elite Gourmet coffee purculator for my husband first day he only made four cups next day he made 10 cups and coffee was going all over the counter was leaking from the knob on the lid called for replacement and had a difficult time with so called supervisor Vicky then tells me five days to get return label then I have to call and let them know shipped back then they'll send replacement. They like it when you're buying from them but when you do a return for replacement they get very upset.
