Brilliant. The girl "friend" I was with who was grasping my "9" iron in her tiny hands kept wanting to go over the road. I said without a crossing. NO. It's the A1 it's very dongerous on a Friday after 17:31pm.
One of the best courses I have played for a long time friendly food fantastic and the pro in the shop was good the actual golf course in Fantastic condition greens are brilliant overall a five star course

A good course and plenty of holes to challenge all levels of golfers. Good greens and in good condition for Jan. Friendly staff and fair priced food and drinks. Some holes play longer and some holes play with unexpected results even if you have hit the fairway. Its not a true parkland course as described on their website. Signage on the course could be better
What a great course, could not have asked for better, the par 4, and 5 invite to let rip, and there are some tricky holes you have to think your way round. Friendly staff in the pro shop and bar well worth playing again and may be joining
Played here on 25th May , course in great condition , immaculate tee boxes and greens, fairways have a good coverage of grass even though not much rain lately. Very good variety of holes with a nice change in elevation. Friendly staff , just a shame the clubhouse is shut as they all are. Could even preorder a snack to get up at the half way house. Will be returning for sure.
Tough golf course will test your ability, great breakfast.

Played in the Christmas better ball for the third time, well organized and the course was in good condition , it's fairly generous off the tee with receptive greens,. Great hut selling bacon baps and home made cakes. Christmas lunch was delicious and the staff were very good and pleasant. Hope to play again next Christmas.
On a golfing weekend at Stoke Rochford. A lovely course. Greens were excellent as were fairways. A great test. So pleased I played it. The staff in the clubhouse were happy to help.

First time playing at this course... Excellent sums it quite nicely.
Challenging and yet open fairways, lightning fast greens that really make you think about your putts.
For the weather that we've been having, I expected it to be as soggy and woeful as the other courses in the area, but it was in superb condition with only a couple of small sections as GUR.
The clubhouse is large and the staff were very friendly and fast at serving a nice (full to the brim) chicken pie, chips and peas {makes a change from the standard gammon and egg}.
A few of our group are thinking seriously about becoming members, but for the rest of us, even with a forty minute drive, we'll definitely be coming here again.
Very nice golf club situated just off the A1. Great course, challenging especially in the wind. Some lovely scenery particularly as you come to the back 9 which borders Stoke Rochford Hall.
Also a nice friendly clubhouse and the staff here are super helpful.
