Had an excellent day out here with friends and family. It is quite expensive but there is easily enough to keep you occupied for a whole day, so worth it overall.

There are a number of activities near the entrance such as inflatable slides, rollerskating and a play area. However the main attraction is the trail which is a long forest walk with multiple play areas and activities throughout. These are themed really nicely and will keep children of all ages entertained.

Have been to both summer and winter events here and had a great time on every occasion. The winter wonderland is especially good with ice skating and the woods trimmed up with lights and lots to look at. You will need a full day to get round everything and snacks are always a good idea as you can find yourself a good walk from refreshments. Would recommend this to anyone with children over 2.

Great place to visit with kids who love to be outside. Lots of playgrounds and things to see. Will definitely visit again and next time will make sure we get tickets for the lights too as they look good. Visited with 2 adults and 3 children aged 8, 4 and 2. A lovely day even in the freezing cold

Lovely place. Plenty to do. Lost a star for food quality. Fish like rubber and mozzarella tasted sour. Should've taken it all back but the faff would have ruined the day. Everything else fantastic.

We as a family love stockeld park! It's a great place to visit especially during summer. There are a lot of activities suited both for smaller children, teens and adults. The maze is great fun and the enchanted forest has plenty of walking-make sure to wear suitable walking boots! There is the option to book subways and ride on some boats- subject to the weather. In summer they also usually have the outdoor karts out, inflatable slides etc and plenty of picnic areas. We also booked the outdoor ice skating which was great fun.

The day we went (22nd Feb) the weather wasnt great due to the storm. However, we still managed to have plenty of fun. We purchased the sublime show which the kids enjoyed. I as an adult found it awkward at times as one of the presenters seemed nervous throughout.

The only downside I felt on part of Stockeld Park were the staff in the two cafes. One cafe we entered to eat our picnic as eating outside would've have been problematic for the kids due to the wind. The weather in Leeds and South Yorkshire (prior to our arrival) was great but upon entering Wetherby there was strong winds.

The staff kept staring even though we purchased hot drinks and sweet treats. There was another family having picnics who were not given the same treatment!

At the end of the day we went to the main cafe which was great in terms of food and drink options. I opted to buy a sweet waffle and hot drink. I enquired if the hot choc deluxe marshmallows contained any gelatine, to which the staff member stated yes. I replied with "no thanks, could I have a normal one". On service I received a hot choc with cream and flake. I assumed this might be the normal hot choc. On drinking it I saw marshmallows and proceeded to get a replacement. The staff member gave me a half sorry and then looked at her colleague who laughed. I was exhausted from the days activities and didnt take it further. However, the treatment from both cafe has really affected my perspective on Stockeld Park as it was a regular family outing option for us as it they were usually able to cater for a large number of us.

In summary Stockeld Park is great in summer due to more activities and you're able to enjoy your picnics more!

First time here, spent over 6 hours grandchildren aged 3 to 9 all enjoyed the activities, not a moment of boredom, staff all seemed cheerful, and facilities spotlessly clean, one of the best value for money attractions we've been to for some time

Heard great things about stockeld Park so was excited to team our visit with a meeting with santa. We booked santa for as soon as we arrived and enthusiastically made our way down to Santas grotto. The elf that greeted us gave my son a coin and sprinkled it with magic. I thought the magic would grow from there, how wrong I was. We got taken to meet santa who I can only describe as a bored looking man who seemed to dislike children. He asked my 2 year old his name and age but seemed frustrated when he didn't get an answer straight away. He seemed very uninterested in any answer my son gave him and it felt very much like it was just all about taking your money and getting you out. The present, which the child has to pick out of a basket for themself, is the same cuddly toy they all get so you see tons of them walking around the park and takes away any magic that is left.
Thankfully the park itself is fantastic. The maze is fun to find you way around and the enchanted forest is wonderful especially at dusk/evening time when it's all lit up. The food is tasty enough but I would recommend saving your money on the watery disgusting hot chocolate. The children's sandwich box meal was good value though. All in all I would go back to the park but would give Santas grotto a miss.

Great day out for kids, you need the weather to be dry as all outdoors. My girl aged 10 loved it. We went April 13th whilst the circus was there. Show lasted around 40 mins and was funny, enjoyed it. Don't sit near the front if you don't want to get wet.

Loved this place its huge! And by far the best fairy trail, enchanted forest I've ever been to. The exhibits are all interactive, they appear to be triggered by sensors and buttons, it has been very lovingly done. Throughout the trail there is about 4 parks of differing levels and various different activities to do. The cafe here is good but expensive, there is discount on entry available through day out for kids. This is well worth the trip as it is a great day out.
