- Undervaluation for trainees - Not open to feedback - They leave you alone - Harassment in the workplace - If you propagate your faith well, you are an extremist - Unprofessional and incapable people who work there.

What a disgusting policy. It is pretended to be retarded and my faith is not respected at all. I lost a great deal of precious time as a result of this conflict that I should have spent on another study.
I find it very unfortunate that I get a message that my review has been removed for you while I have only indicated that I will not give up my 9 year old son for your projects based on the reviews. Another confirmation why I advise against SKC.
Being a Moroccan, I am so embarrassed that a company like SKC wants to change society and profile itself that way. They don't care about the trainees at all, they don't care about society at all, schools are in a clinch with them, they blame other people on debt and I just think they are scammers who are after money.
Only when you think exactly like them and want to bring society to the philistines do you belong and otherwise they don't care.
I walked to the SKC during my first year internship and this was a successful internship. In my third study year I got stuck, because it went less well at other internship places, so I decided to do the SKC internship again, but this time I was a point of contact / coordinator (internship year 3). I got more responsibility than in the first year, but with the right guidance it all went well.
After two failed internship years at other companies, I noticed that the SKC gave me the right balance between internship and school. That's why I'm now one more time, but this time to graduate :).
Incidentally, I cannot agree with some of the reviews posted below. I myself have some nasty internship experiences at other internship places, but afterwards I realize that it always has to come from two sides. As a student, you are also responsible for the success or failure of an internship. A learning moment so.
I speak on behalf of myself, but also on behalf of other people, that I will not recommend anyone to do or work at the skc internship. I did an internship here myself and you are exploited, they expect you to handle feedback as well as possible, but if you give feedback back they will not do anything with it.
If you do an internship or work there and it is not going well or you are not comfortable, stop immediately. They are going to give you the idea that they are giving you a lot of opportunities, but they are using you for a long period of time to tell you after a long period that you are not doing well and get things from months ago.
Both inholland and Hva see SKC as an incapable institution.
Very hypocritical and hypocritical behavior is shown by the employees and it is at the expense of your time. So my advice: do not do an internship here and advise others not to do an internship or work here.
@Reda
I never said that you have seen everything well and recognize me in it. I have just indicated that I started to think forcefully during my internship (let's see that email).
I started at SKC in December 2017. Because my study would start in February 2018, I did an internship for 2 months as a trial period. Things went wrong in January and at that time I wanted to find another internship, but Burcu Eyidogan and Mounir Kaaouas said I could stay. In addition, I would also have an introductory meeting with my Slber and Burcu during that period, but Burcu has postponed the appointment three times, so that the appointment that would take place in March came in June.
My Slber and my supervisor have both indicated that SKC is not a suitable internship and that Inholland is aware of this. I have been exploited until August, so I was told in September that things are not going well and situations from January have been brought in, so I was actually exploited and used. If you then told me that I did not get enough, I would have left, but because I was already linked to schools you knew that if I were to leave, you would end up in the penarie, so then exploit it to give an insufficient ,
After the last conversation with Burcu I indicated that I get my strength out of Islam, because faith is important to me and it is precisely Burcu who himself is also a Muslim and knows like no other how important Islam is that I have not told my faith must be busy but professional help must be sought. It is also hypocritical that Burcu has taken time off for sacrifice, but wanted me to work while I also had plans, but did an internship during sacrifice, and that she then did not respect other people's beliefs that she herself propagated, but would benefit from it if possible .
So when I followed my own solutions, many success moments arose during that period, which is a shame that you do not know the term self-direction.
In addition, during Ramadan last year, while I was fasting, Burcu ate a mandarin in front of me at the Driemaster without explaining why it makes me feel disrespectful. I have heard Burcu say that Hakima from Al Jawahara no longer trusts SKC because of an assistant coordinator, but if I see how Burcu thinks Islam is unimportant, then perhaps it is good that SKC has no influence on Islamic schools.
In addition, Mounir said on a first day in a school in Amsterdam North during a math lesson to students who did not listen, "I kick you against the wall" and he makes cynical crying movements when students were sad, which is incredibly unprofessional.
Saying that my reaction makes no sense, but does let your employees give 5 stars to save your name. Carina, Rick, Anna and Berna are just the employees of skc who also often make a mess of it.
Again: I will advise everyone not to take part in the SKC internship.
I did an internship at skc in my third year and stopped immediately within a week because my school told me that skc is an incapable institution. During that trial week I had to sort things out for myself without any form of guidance and training and when I said something about it, they said that I do not determine their agenda which is very unprofessional. I have since successfully completed my internship somewhere else and when I read the reviews I am happy that I did not continue at skc.
Ps: why do I get a message that my review has been deleted? This therefore confirms the true nature of skc that if you provide criticism / feedback that they remove it? Do you also deal with interns and clients that way?
While searching for an internship for my SPH training course, I came across SKC and I am very shocked by the reviews when I see what kind of company it is. Just to be sure, I also checked whether they are on stagemarkt.nl as a recognized training company but they are not listed.
SKC is therefore not him.
@Anna Busch thank you for your response, but have already found an internship place. I am very shocked that I read the same reactions as not respecting religion, exploiting trainees, undervaluing. My school has even discouraged SKC. Thanks anyway.
I have often seen this institution visit schools and I think they are a danger to the multicultural society. They are very diverse and pretend to improve society, but they are only after money.
Great organization to do an internship. I had a great time and learned a lot. I would not know why others have their experiences so low. Because this is a super team!
What a bad organization. If you were a football club and the staff are football coaches, you would only make the players better in passing, but not in scoring, defending, holding or dribbling or whatever. And when you are pointed out, you say, "Yes, but the children are having fun so we are doing well."
I was allowed to do an internship at SKC for a year. During my internship I am accompanied by Burcu. She was always available, also on her days off. She always helped me with all assignments and supported me in my development process. I have been given a lot of room to develop myself into a future professional. This year I was allowed to work as a volunteer at SKC and at the same time did my graduation research at SKC. I have had sufficient guidance during my research. My client Carina was always there for me and gave a lot of feedback. And I graduated now! In short, I have had very nice and educational experiences at SKC!
What a lousy and unprofessional organization. I myself am at school at Inholland and when I was looking, I saw that SKC has a quite diverse team, until I saw the reviews and experiences of acquaintances, which scares me that such a diverse team treat interns like this. My slber has told me that Inholland has been in a clinch with skc for 10 years and that skc is not a capable institution, so I can relate to the 1 star reviews.
@ Abdessamad Benjaddi nice that you are having a good time, it is also the job of the employer to be transparent and honest and as long as that is not there, the employer also has a role in this that must be improved. I can also speak on behalf of my school that SKC is not recommended. I am Alhamdulillah also a proud Muslim and if my faith is not respected then it will stop altogether.
I had a great time at Skc. There was a lot of 1 on 1 guidance and contact moments. By the way, I was the first MBO intern at SKC. Skc believed in me and in the qualities that MBO students also have. Thank you for trusting me! I did an internship there for 2 years and I was able to develop myself very well and achieved many learning goals. I definitely recommend everyone to do an internship at your internship. Every week you set a learning goal and you are guided to achieve and develop the learning goal. I think those two points are essential for a good internship. I'm definitely going to miss skc!
Waiting for half a year for my internship allowance but I am just called a scolding when I ask a question about it .... what a dramatic internship place.
Organization that exploits trainees for their own benefit. No respect or appreciation is expressed towards the student. (internship supervisor: Najoua El Yakoubi) In addition, hypocritical and offensive behavior is shown towards the trainees and unprofessional situations occur (having to pay money for children themselves, without having to get this back, poor communication with parents, which means that the trainee has to deal with -right parents). I would certainly not recommend this internship position and I think it is ridiculous that the AUAS cooperates with this company.
I enjoyed my internship at SKC last year and now I also have the opportunity to do my minor here. I think it's a good organization and I dare to recommend them. I would definitely contact them and visit them @Marianne van Ommen!
