A QUACK!!! Put me on a machine that supposedly put "energy" into my body!!! He's trying to see TOO MANY patients at the same time and didn't spend any time with me. He didn't ask me about my history, either.
Always a different nurse practitioner, so always trying to explain why the last nurse practitioner did what she did. Receptionist talks about your conditions as if it were public records. The billing is so messed up. The first visit took over 6 months to get straight with insurance because the right paperwork was not submitted. They do not credit you with the correct balance. Always a hassle with the unprofessional staff. If you use the service, make sure you keep all receipts
He is very knowledgeable about body pain and strives to help you feel better.
I was in from out of town having some neck problems. They got me right in and fixed me right up. Friendly low key staff. Small town, family feel. I visit Beckley often so there is a good chance I'll be back!
