I had a 3' x 4' poster for a conference, which I originally had printed at a big chain print department - the result from the chain store was blurry and it appeared that the printer needed to be serviced. In a bind, I called Sterling on the morning of my flight to the conference. They were able to print it right away, and for a modest expedite fee I picked it up about 3 hours later. The product looks great, and they were very friendly to work with.
