Staying at Ascott Park place made our Dubai trip so much more enjoyable.
It is veey conveniently and centrally located and has good service. Close to a metro station (although we didn't use it much). It is quite easy to travel to most of the places of interest from here.
Convenient to get an uber at almost any time.
The staff is very helpful and responds to all the requests quickly. Well equipped kitchenette and spacious rooms. Ideal for a family.

Not like a regular hotel so no bell boys to greet you at the front and one person at reception who wad not in a hurry to check me in.

Nice spacey apartment with full kitchen, fridge, microwave. Wide lounge area with TV and a sheltered balcony with table to sit for your morning breakfast or evening tea.

Just a minute walk or less from World Trade Center Metro station so that was amazing convenience. Has some decent restaurants close by as well.

Only British style Type G plugs in the apartment so if you have 2 pin (American or European) appliances you need a converter (which I got from reception).

Bed was a bit too firm. The blinds were no light blocking and so the bedroom couldn't get dark which disturbed sleep. In addition through the night traffic noise, car horns, sirens could be heard and the apartment had not soundproofing at all.

This place is near everything, restaurant,malls, metro and taxi is very easy to get. The apartment are very spacious. I will recomend this to my friends

We enjoyed the stay here a lot. It was like a home for our stay in Dubai. Fully equipped large apartment with kitchen, living room, dining area etc. Plus the hospitality of the staff is amazing.

The facilities are great and so are the rooms with such great views.

Hotel is very clean and easily accessible. All staff have this welcome effect for their guest. This place is recommended for families.

I love the staff service , the area was best suitable for vacation .

I feel really at home in this apartment. Since I am here housekeepers comes twice a week. They care for well feeling. Today Ajmal cleaned the house. Normally it is done by Amar. They listen very well to what your wishes are. Fridge to cold washing machine to loud change carpet becouse we bought an Iranian.

The location is very close to Dubai Mall. The room is very large. All the staff are polite, helpful and always smiling. This is recommended for Mo friends

The scenery is good, the environment is good, there is a new open small supermarket open 24 hours on foot in 5 minutes.

The hotel is conveniently and centrally placed making it easier to get to places. It had various amenities (pool, gym, steam room) that made our holiday much more enjoyable. Our room had such a good view of the city and was spacious for a big family. The staff were welcoming and attended to all our needs. Especially our housekeeping service (Amar) did a brilliant job as well as the maintenance people. Everything we needed was done in a timely manner and we were beyond grateful. Would 100% recommend to anyone staying in Dubai for a visit

We have enjoyed our stay at Ascott Park Place Dubai and we extended our week stay for another week. There was a small issue at the beginning of our stay where there was no baby cot available for our daughter however after some pushing this was resolved for us the next day. Thanks to house keeping/Richard/Randy. Therefore this review should be 4.5 stars but half stars are not available. We stayed in the two bedroom apartment - very spacious and clean with kitchen, washer dryer, fridge etc. Great if travelling with kids. The only other small issue (for us) are the blinds. They don't keep out enough light and this was waking up our daughter in the mornings. The pool is nice but tall buildings sometimes blocks the sun at certain times of day. Little garden and slide and swing set available behind the hotel too. All staff members we encountered were lovely - all pleasant. House keeping excellent - Extra special thank you to Amar and Bishnal. They were very understanding of my daughter's nap schedule and were happy to come at requested times, happy to help me with any queries. They were always friendly and helpful, efficient and courteous. Nothing was too much for them, what an asset to Ascott Park Place! If we are in the area again, we would love to stay here again but will be bringing two large blackout blinds! Also thank you for the lovely front desk gentleman for our sweet Ascott bear (sorry I didn't catch your name) and to Samir for always entertaining our daughter and helping with our luggage (was very heavy!)

I am regular in Ascot and every time I get there I am always welcomed by the staff, Aren is very professional. It's sure that all orders are executed immediately. Mohamed was very helpful all the staff knew my preferences and that was why I had to stay here and stay here all the time.
