Kate Desmond took time to meet with us, even though we didn't have an appointment. She took us around the facility and made sure we understood all of the options. Kate worked up the quote quickly and accurately. We ended up buying work surfaces, chairs and pedestals for our home office. We had some problems with shipping damage, and Kate help us work through those to our satisfaction. We were so happy that Henricksen/Butler will sell to individuals and not just companies. You just can't buy this kind of quality at a retail store. Thanks to Kate and Marquis and Andy for such a good purchasing experience.

I bought a Herman Miller Embody from Henriksen/Butler. It's the best chair I've ever owned and their pricing was cheaper than anything I found online.

Melissa is amazing and quite an asset to your team. She has been extremely attentive and detail oriented, even if it meant an extra drive out to my office to be certain I liked a fabric. The furniture is beautiful and the showroom is the most interesting and best showroom I have ever seen.

5-star experience. Strongly recommend Aeron to those who seats more than 5 hours a day. Melissa has been really helpful, she helped me get a short in stock Aeron within a week.

I signed papers for an office desk and chair through Henriksen/Butler mid-March. I paid up front. The items did not arrive until the end of April and were delivered missing pieces which rendered the desk non-functional. HB's response was a curt apology and ordering the desk from the manufacturer again, which is expected to arrive towards the end of May.

In the meanwhile, my office has no desk and my computer sits on the floor.

My wife and I had a delightful experience here. When we came in we had a fun conversation with the receptionist who told us about the historic building they were housed in, a former Jewish synagogue.

Then she quickly arranged for Mike to help us pick out a new office chair. He was very knowledgeable about the chairs and didn't pressure is at all.

He helped us quickly pick one out (we knew what features we wanted) and were on our way.

The Utah State University Merrill/Cazier Library just purchase new furniture from Henriksen/Butler. The furniture is beautiful, high quality, and extremely popular with our students. When we put the furniture on our FaceBook page it received the most hits of any FaceBook posting we've ever done. The feedback was 100% positive from the students. They love the furniture and it has made the environment much more inviting. The customer service we received from Henriksen/Butler was incredible and they contacted us often to make sure we were getting the information we needed. They sent demos to us to try before we purchased. I highly recommend Heriksen/Butler for your office furniture needs.
