Trucker, No parking DO NOT show up early to this place. Loading area is extremely tight. It is a slow process, if you show up early, you will regret it.

The MRE Chocolate covered oatmeal cookie. At is one of the greatest tasting baked goods this company has ever produced. I wish they would sell them to the public.
A great place for the industrial entrepreneur. Highly hygienic, friendly crew but noisy environment. I just left because the pay couldn't meet up with my bills. Nevertheless, a good place to start up with. I love sterling food.
OTR Truckers: There is more than 1 bldg. You're likely going to the bldg and entrance on Arion Circle. You will turn onto Arion Circle from Arion Pkwy and follow it to a driveway to the right of the Sterling Foods sign posted in the grass. That driveway enters a lot for 4-wheelers. Enter that drive and continue thru that lot till you pass thru a gate. Then stop, get outta your truck and enter thru a door marked Driver Check In. Some of the docks are kinda tight to get into. (I wouldn't recommend that a 73-foot tractor-trailer enter the lot that's at the 1075 Arion Pkwy address. It's too tight to turn around in, although you can exit the back gate to get out if it's open). Use Google Maps to find the Arion Circle street. Took a little more than 2 hrs to load.
They don t appreciate you and work you like slave . And can care less about anybody not having lunch or breakes .

This is one of 3 companies contracted by the United States Government, funded with taxpayer money to produce M.R.E's as shelf stable products, of which millions are stocked at a time for emergency, natural disaster, or militarily use. Meals Ready to Eat...affectionately referred to by many as Meals Rejected by Everyone, Massive Rectal Ejection, etc. However, the truth of the matter is these keep people alive in bad times. I am sad to hear of employees having problems with management, the products produced at this plant have a strategic use in the fabric of our society. The plant does not have creative decision over meal kits they make, for that refer to Natick, which is responsible for the research and design behind shelf stable, meals ready to eat.
