I ve never had a bad experience picking up a load here. The employees were have always been courteous and efficient. They ve got a few places you can park if you show up early and they will load you early most of the time. The backing area is a little crowded but very easy to set up in.

Speaking as a driver that picks up loads there they are awesome regardless of your appointment time if they can take care of you early they will just be polite that's all and I promise you they will always do their best they understand the constraints on our time and they want to help us out
The staff that do the hard work are great; the sales and marketing (Michael Thurmer) is one of the rudest people I've ever spoken to on the phone. I followed up with a call to customer service, and woman who wouldn't introduce herself was almost as rude! Very impatient and "couldn't be bothered".
I'm speaking from a work perspective. They expect new hires to fail. When I went for my "orientation" one gentlemen asked to get his jacket and never came back. The people in orientation expect you to not be there so they thank you for at least being their the day of orientation. One lady seemed flustered with how it went saying she was tired of doing new hire paperwork because they usually never show up the next day. Ignoring the signs I was expected to work 530am the next day. Well I get up 430am get dressed leave my house by 5am. I get there by 518am 520am sit in my car since it's parked right next to the entrance of building. I sat there 5/6minutes watching saw a older gentleman and woman sitting there figured they were new hires as well. So by 525am walk up to where they were and turned out I believe they were already employees because they got in a vehicle that picked them up. So I'm standing there waiting for 530am time passes by 533am I have a belief that maybe they forgot me and I don't want it turned on me that I never showed up. So I took a picture of my view of the parking lot with time tagged just in case. Stand there another 3minutes walk back to my car call number that's given to you at orientation if you're running late or not showing up. I call no answer I leave a voicemail, 550am comes I leave. By 7am I called front office to tell them what had happened reception calls supervisor comes back to me and said hum yeah she didn't answer so she redirects me to the hr phone to leave voicemail which I do. Apparently hr didn't check their voicemail because I get a call asking why I didn't show up. At this point I'm confused ask what I did I did show up an I give her my timeframe. During me explaining I say well I got up to the front by 525 am the hr lady interrupts me saying well you were standing there at 525am your supervisor said she was waiting for you at 530 am. An I said ma'am let me finish and I continue saying I waited in the front til 550 am an at 536 am I even called the number given to us at orientation saying hey I'm here what's going. So I don't understand why the supervisor is trying to throw me under the bus saying I was not there when I was. Hr lady flustered says ok guess your supervisor she's lying then can you come back an work. By this time I'm flustered because it's my first day an my supervisor who I don't even know yet is trying to do this to me. I said look I appreciate it but I'm not going to work for a company and a supervisor who is acting like that I'm sorry. So she gets mad and just basically hung the phone up. Disappointing because I came to work and work hard yet their mentality of you failing before your first day holds everything back. They need a reconstruction of supervisors and higher ups if they want to keep new hires.
