Use Meadow Craft road instead of an earlier road. Thru traffic is blocked that way. Otherwise very simple to deal with. Slow load time.

I ordered some storage containers and one had been delivered missing a latch. I contacted Sterlite and they are shipping us 2 replacements at no cost. Great customer service!

Been in the dock for 4 hours now. haven't even started loading us. Treats drivers like we're criminals and 2nd class citizens. but hey at least they let me use the restroom.

friendly people in shipping office. when you come here and you are early on your pickup appointment they let you stay here until it's time for you to get loaded. they take about 2 hours to load you because it takes a little bit longer for one person to load a 53' trailer by hand.

Very very slow. They hand load and don't secure the load and the driver can't unless you have those big ass load locks. Just be careful opening your doors at your receiver. Boxes will be everywhere. Lol

Truckers Plan on waiting for a long long time... had an appointment for 13:45 to pick up a light load, waited five hours to have 13,000 lbs of flooring loaded! Why have appointment if you re not going to make it a priority?!?! Should have been loaded and out of here within two hours!!!

Simple drop and hook!! Office person could have been a bit more helpful with locations on their property.

Sunday, April 23rd, 2017 Approximately 1438 - 1932 PM . . . .

Someone from Sterilite BHM emailed/contacted Transport America Weekend Dispatch Associates RELLA and GALE requesting a freight release number from Walmart. Gale from TA sent me two messages concerning the request via QualComm stating TA could not obtain a freight release number until Monday; and she sent me a message to leave Sterilite BHM and come back Monday morning to pickup my assigned WM Load.

I returned Monday and no one on duty knows what happened Sunday; and they are claiming no one from Sterilite BHM would have emailed TA and requested a freight release number from Walmart.

Fortunate for me, I document everything!!! (Drivers You Better Document Everything Just In Case You May Have to File Legal Pursuits.) I had Gale at TA to confirm that I was to leave Sterilite BHM and to Return Monday Morning.

IRONICALLY and at the time the confirmation was received from Gale at TA, Sterilite BHM stated the company's forklift driver went to load my truck and I wasn't on door #50.

A course I wasn't on door #50 because someone there told TA they needed a freight release #; then TA asked me to leave the premise of Sterilite BHM . . . . And right at that moment according to Sterilite's paperwork I was pulling off the door as the shipping manager and the forklift driver decide my trailer can be loaded without the freight release #.

This visit at Sterilite Birmingham is Bazaar. The people here are liars and they play games with drivers D.O.T. Hours of Service.

STERILITE BHM is the worst of the worst of bad shipping customers I've encountered in the ten years I've been a commercial driver.

Monday, April 24th, 2017, 1100 and I am still here waiting to be loaded.

Money's good management sucks to many rules which interferes with your work and then they will write you up when you do not do what they say.

I showed up 5 hours before my appointment time and was loaded and rolling 1 hour before my appointment time, so I can't really complain. It did take 4 hours to load however but they took care of me so 5 stars

They let you break there because they take forever to load you place sucks they dont care about your clock

Drivers and dispatchers avoid this PU as much as u can horribly managed by rude and unprofessional shipping office , I don't understand how this company is keeping them they making it loose lot of money it's really ridiculous .
PS to HR and recruiting people at sterilite corporation you really need a new shipping stuff or hire a lumper company u will see a big difference in your productivity numbers and income the way your current employees are working is dragging you down

GPS Rand McNally took me wrong way. Stay on Hwy 79,turn left on Meadow Craft Rd....follow curve(go slow its tight and busy)receiving 1st driveway/shipping 2nd on your left.Wear mask,ring bell to get in. No restrooms.Staff professional.

Horrible shipper. Been here 3 hours with no end in sight. Was here ON TIME!!!!!

Another reason why i have decided to walk away from this halfa** put together trucking company. They deal with way too many screwed up a** customers.

Just don t be late for your appointment. I got here they started on me right away sure it takes About three hours to load but it s all handload so just relax and let them do their jobs. It s not the slowest place I ve ever been to that s not the fastest either but the people are nice and I don t have any negativity.

Arvd at 1100 for a 1200 appt. Hit the door at 1130. They started on me at 1230. Was loaded at 1530. A half trailer, floor loaded

Been sitting for 4 1/2 hours. Went inside and they said it could take another 4. Thank God I live less than 10 miles from here. Going home before my time runs out and won't ever return to this lazy ass hellhole!

Told me I could pick up early appointment was for 2:15....been in the dock 3 hrs they haven't even started on me yet

All handload, checked in around 9am(2:15pm appointment) was loaded and out of there by 1pm. Not bad 4 hours to load but they'll take you in if you show up earlier. Btw extremely rude and unprofessional guy at the shipping office

I'm rating the personnel with three stars.they were great. Now, if you miss your appointment.....you will surely regret doing so. I've never waited 12+ hrs. Oh,well I'm getting paid wait, so take ur time.

Pretty slow unless you arrive with just enough time to make your delivery. Another fine example of "ship no load until it's late".

Great vendor and we really enjoy working with them. John in shipping is extremely helpful.

Took them 4 hours to load me, but a regular driver said it usually takes them 4 to 6 hours to load. They hand load.

Arrived an hour before appointment, no trucks at any of the docks. We are 1st and still took 3 hrs.

The worst ever. Loaded with no pallets the boxes not wrapped n I can't even put a strap on. I feel sorry for the reciever. Arrive 1030 start loading 1330 n leave 1630.

Really great people...wasnt supposed to load till tonight but they got me in and had me loaded within an hour! Thumbs up guys!.. even on a sunday they done good!

I have an appointment at 12:00 . Im checking at 11:30 and in the next ten minutes i got dock. I was out at 13:20 hrs. One hour and twenty minutes to unload on a holiday is not bad . Nice workers .

Floor loading, long wait, make sure they give you rigth bil of landing, I was loading from 21:23 till 7:30 In the morning, and they gave me someone's BOL's, I was so sleepy, and didn't realized, but when I came to Wal-Mart reciver, I got an trouble, 5 hours unloading time, and big issue with paper work

Too slow, maybe I'm not having good luck today. Well, I got here at 5:30 pm and was told my pick up appointment is at 8 pm. Shipping office told me to back up in door A3 so I did. I know I got here 2 and 1/2 hours earlier than my appointment time, but it is already 12:15 am!! And still waiting on a miracle. Good luck people, good luck.

Not bad 2 hours to get loaded, the good thing is you can park overnight there even at the dock they will not bother you

Arrived 9pm plenty of parking on site. Checked in at 630am for a 12pm appointment. Began working on truck at 745am. I'm sure I'll get out before my appointment and that'll be great!

The product is awesome but please STOP PUTTING YOUR BAR CODE STICKERS IN THE BOTTOM OF THE BOWLS. They are an absolute nightmare to remove so I have to wash it off and get paper all in my scrubber. Put them on the bottom or side or anywhere else please and thank you

If you are lucky enough to come here to pick up the goods, congratulations on winning! The people here have fully considered the hard work of driving, they will try their best to find a lot of time for you to rest. For example: you will do nothing for you within 2 to 3 hours after Ckeck-in! Another example: 20 boards, they will finish it for 2 hours. So, you can get at least 4 hours of rest time here. Surprise?

App time 21.30 arrived 21.00, started loading me right away. Probably would get out of here in one hour.

Will screw you out of detention!!! Pay attention to time put on paperwork!!

If I could give no stars I would very bad place I would advise truckers to never come here they are rude and do not care I was only 10 minutes late do to bad weather and they treated me like I just committed a crime I m sure if the owner knew how his shipping office work he would fire everyone thats in side the shipping office this load pay very good but I would NEVER come here again nor will any of the other divers I know

Whole process is devoid of consideration for the driver. Called a day ahead asking about early delivery accommodation. Man on phone was very nice. Seemed very willing to accommodate early loading. We arrived 2 hours ahead of schedule, got a door, and waited... and waited. They stepped into the back of the truck at the original appointment time on the dot and then took 2.5 hours to load. So, 4.5 hrs total.

They take to long to load I have been here for 7 hrs waiting to get loaded and they haven't even started they say they're busy but only have 4 trucks here

They let me stay in the loading dock until my 10 hour reset I came to this place with one hour on my clock and they loaded me in 4 hours now that's amazing knowing that I didn't have to move or be on violation

Poor customer service. Does not care about drivers. Very rude. Took over 5 hours to loaf one trailer.

We should all know by now , if you see Family Dollar or Dollar General trailers in the yard , avoid it !!! Sssssslllllllllllooooooooooooooowww loading .

I got some words due to having to reset(I was late). I didn't know I'd be subject of scold. Kept my cool.

I work here, and I am very satisfied with it. It is a very good company to work for and has a very professional atmosphere. They pay well and have great benefits. I would recommend them to anyone looking to really further their career.

Worse place I've ever worked. First day there for a 12 hour shift and I was put on machines I've never worked and products I've never assembled and was expected to keep up with Absolutely no training on their Assembly or packing. The people are so rude and get a kick out of watching you struggle. Very unprofessional!!They deserve 0 stars!

I've been here for four and a half hours. They haven't even started on me yet They're claiming that I was late when I got here at 12:00 and they're saying I was here at 12:07 my appointment was 1200 This place is a joke .I will never haul for them again. I will file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and I will call OOIDA and hope they can do something about it. If there's a website somewhere that has bad shippers this is one of them.

Very inconsistent. I've been here twice and arrived in time for both. One took 2 hrs and I was in my way. The next took 6.5 hrs and I had to sleep in the lot.

They are delayed too much service I just left after being 9 hours waiting to load I do not recommend them I do not come again to this place

Great Job loaders floor loading withing 2 hours awesome great work alot people should take example from you guys. Some company take 2 hours to load pallets.

I've had the same Sterlite tea pitcher for 14 years. No lie! It's about on its last leg but for ANY product to last that long in my 6 person home(making tea daily, mind you) is amazing.
