One of a very limited IMAX cinemas available around us in Joburg. This cinema offers excellent service and a wide range of cinema options. The IMAX is massive and truly immersive as a big screen experience. The payment systems are efficient and there are enough of them to avoid annoying queues. You won't be disappointed.

The service was great, the timing for everything was good and I enjoyed being given the freedom to do certain things on my own!

My first 3D movie experience... . Loved it and the people delivered excellent service in being helpful...

My go-to movie theatre I enjoy the simplicity of the layout making it a step like process. generally clean and fresh. Can manage opening weekend for major title releases.

If you're not computer savvy don't attempt going here! Most unhelpful staff too.

They showcase all the latest blockbusters under one roof and on time. The self-help services save time and is convenient. Their cinemas are clean and comfortable I enjoy watching movies in the Cine Prestige. The service is of good quality and value for your money.

Cashier at Refreshments collection was not friendly.

I was there to watch Ant Man and the Wasp and something broke towards the end and I was unable to finish my movie

Not really good at all.

I paid for D-Box seats. The seats however randomly shook even though no sound was coming from the movie. Even in the end credits the seat randomly shook the whole time. I also couldn't adjust the strength on my seat. Everyone around me were able to adjust their seat strength with a +/- button, but mine simply didn't work.

Then they also turned the lights on and started cleaning the place while we were all still watching the last part of the movie. So we weren't able to properly see through the 3D glasses because the lights were on.

Then also when I tried to pay via the tapping NFC ability. The card machine kept declining my card. We tried around 10 times. Then we moved to a different self service kiosk and it worked perfectly first time there. So clearly one of the card machines was broken.

The self service computers were also extremely slow. I click on something and then it only happens like 3 seconds later. They really should upgrade those computers.

Overall I've just had a bad experience here. It was my first time here and probably would not be returning to this place ever again.... I think.

Really good. Ticketing system is great. Rooms are comfy.

I really do enjoy the self-help counters which are now all there is to purchase your tickets and to order your snacks. However, they need staff to be way more friendly and helpful and not just stand around chatting to each other.

Big and modern , service a bit shaky on a busy night.

Always full especially when new movies are released

Great slush, fresh popcorn and awesome ways to watch a movie, from premier to Imax and Xbox... the cinemas are always clean and fresh smelling. If you go to the premier I would highly recommend the chocolate cake!

This is a well-appointed, new set of cinemas, with excellent seating throughout. Cinemas include a luxury Cine Prestige and an Imax theatre. Latest blockbusters feature prominently, but the complex appears to avoid any movie even bordering on Indie, independent or classic cinema. A downside for the complex is the rather chaotic foyer area, with ticket purchasing organisation leaving much to be desired.

The best cinema experience there is on offer. Prestige and IMAX....

This mall has no aircon system.

Love the self service booths but my ster kinekor card didn't work

Very nice even if the movie wasn't as 3D as others seen before.

If you enjoy waiting in long queues, missing the beginning of your movie and broken service consoles that don't work 60% of the time this is place for you to go.

Best ster-kinekor I've been to so far but very cramped but would rather drive a bit further to go to movies@

The staff was very rude and they were not helpful at all.

Incredibly long queues...Food collection and ticket payment is a pain. Plan to arrive an hour before movie starts at busy timea

Bad experience, the seats we booked were allocated to someone but on the system, they were open, and we requested the manager to assist, unfortenately she could not even move those people instead she asked us to change the seats. Then what is point of booking or choosing seats!!! if someone can take the seats you have paid for

Good cinema, one tip. Make sure you buy your popcorn and drinks and snack's with your tickets.

Prestige is the way to go, well that's if you got a wife or girlfriend

The guards are rude and mean they don't have costumer care on black people

The facilities were clean. Their system was slow as usual, causing unnecessary long queues

Cinema 7, IMAX. And close to home... Otherwise standard.

I fell asleep in the cinema and the locked me inside without waking me up

The snack system is a complete joke. Clearly wasn't tested enough and the touch screen keeps freezing.

The cinema is very modern and cutting edge with technology. Although this being one of their strongest aspect, it is also their downfall as this does not help with peak hours
