I don't really know if there are enough words to describe how great this company is. I did the process with them approximately in June of last year (2019) which was taken by Carolina, and to this day she continues to help me and support me with the process (since I have already reached my destination), at no time did she leave me alone On the contrary, she was always attentive to the paperwork and advising me on every paperwork and doubt I had, even the slightest, and worried at all times that everything would go well; and always with a pleasant and professional treatment. I wanted to tell my experience with Stepwest. I met this company for a client who came to my store and the truth was that it was the best option of all the other agencies I met.
In my case Carolina was the person who was helping me with the WHV, and super well, always super attentive, affectionate, with any doubt I have had helped me, both me and my roommate. I'm glad I could do all my paperwork with her.

I contacted Stepwest about 6 months ago and honestly, I don't even have a small complain.
I applied for my program during the COVID-19 pandemic and they have helped me during the whole process, especially Carolina which took care of every single detail from the very beginning.
Overall, I recommend it 100% and for any other program I would like to do, I would definetly apply with them again.

I cannot fault my experience with Stepwest at all, from the get go their service was fantastic! Carolina helped me initially and put my mind at ease with every single question i could think of regarding the process for my new work permit that was specific to my situation.

Once i had agreed to go ahead, Brianna was allocated as "my guide" throughout the process and helped me every single step of the way. I always felt as though she was one step ahead and no stone was left unturned. I was in charge of getting my documents together and sent over to Brianna and then she did the rest!

Hello there, I have applied working holiday visa a year ago, and I was planning to enter CANADA in the spring but it really delayed and I was almost gonna lose my visa due to the influence of COVID19. so I decided to try to enter CANADA in preparation for that I might not be able to enter.

I have been guided the best Carolina, Aishwarya and Akane. They helped me A LOOOOOT. Really!!!!!
Great services in every detail, really nice and friendly people, they were caring me a lot, encouraged me, responding me quickly,, I was pretty nervous for a while, but they were always there, still responded kindly and politely.
They have separate sections for each job so it was easy to consult without any confusion. At the same time, their teamwork was great. I am Japanese. My English is not good yet so when I couldn't understand something because the details were too dififcult, Akana jumped in to help me, explained in details and stayed with me until this thing is over. She speaks Japanese as well. It was really amazing.

They were as happy as me when I was able to enter CANADA safely.

This is my first experience with Stepwest and it is being amazing! I've chosen Study & Work program and I'm enjoying it a lot. The staff of Stepwest is incredible, they are always willing to help you and they care about you. In my case, Carolina was the one helping me with the whole process and she is also supporting me all the time, she is amazing!

We have been in contact with Carolina at Stepwest for 18 months now and she has been helpful from the very start. She answered all of our questions promptly (even in the evenings/ weekends Canadian time). We were provided with clear information and assisted through all the steps of our applications to ensure we would be granted our RO WHV.

Although there have been hurdles along the way (waiting for new rounds of RO placements and Covid), Carolina has always kept us well informed and updated when possible.

Stepwest is one of the few options that the Brazilian has to issue the working holiday visa for Canada and in my research was the best. The service was absolutely excellent, I was able to sort everything out of Brazil, even the agency being in Vancouver, a staff always very friendly, helpful and competent. I've been in Canada for two months now and the service is not over yet. We continue to talk to each other, always following how we are and giving the necessary support. Really fantastic service!
