I contacted Stepwest about 6 months ago and honestly, I don't even have a small complain.
I applied for my program during the COVID-19 pandemic and they have helped me during the whole process, especially Carolina which took care of every single detail from the very beginning.
Overall, I recommend it 100% and for any other program I would like to do, I would definetly apply with them again.
