We have been in contact with Carolina at Stepwest for 18 months now and she has been helpful from the very start. She answered all of our questions promptly (even in the evenings/ weekends Canadian time). We were provided with clear information and assisted through all the steps of our applications to ensure we would be granted our RO WHV.

Although there have been hurdles along the way (waiting for new rounds of RO placements and Covid), Carolina has always kept us well informed and updated when possible.

We are now finally in Canada, and we would not hesitate to recommend Stepwest to others, nor would we hesitate to use Stepwest again if we are still eligible in a couple of years!
