I really wanted to give them a -1 rating but that option was not available. I had never heard of this company and they drafted over $800 from my account. I am in a dispute with them through my bank now for a refund. These people are crooks..period.
Booking was never found after multiple calls to the hotel . A charge on my visa was made after a long dispute from my bank money was returned only to be charged a month later again . Thiefs to say the least
Cancel my reservation in February, they keep sending me email asking for me to pay the balance of my bill. Haven't sent me my deposit back, although I have sent repeated emails. Can't get anyone on the phone. Stay away from this company.
Please do not use Stena Line Travel Group, I book a vacation for my family, get to the hotel never heard of the company they kept $687.00 no vacation.

The phone help center is very little helpful and is very long wait even though I am # 1 in the queue. They say they should call but do not and when choosing the option to call you back there is no one at the other end when they call.
Fraudsters. PEOPLE BE AWARE. They are selling vacations, all inclusive, and when you pay, you realize, the FLIGHT IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE !!! CANCELLATION FEES ARE RIDICULES.
