scammers, be careful with this people, they will falsely report debts on your credit report

Made payment arrangements, logged on to thier website. I went to type in the payment. ...doesn't work. I then called the payment phone number. ....no answer. Then I hear what sounds like a cell phone voice mail. ...mailbox full. Is this a scam? I don't know how I'm gonna resolve this debt.

I found out my score drop 74 points due to a collection of 554.00 that Stellar Recovery is representing. Not sure what this collection is for. I have called twice and still no response. Collection agency should have the proper documentation to prove that you really owe any money. And not just assume its your.

There was nothing to like. If you ask a question, you get fired, if you know the right people, you move up, friends go up the ladder, none of them including the director has a college degree, always walking on eggshells because you never feel that u have a place to stay, a career there.

Very unhelpful. If I could give negative stars, I would! Even the manager was unwilling to help. I was the one to take the initiative to call them and they refuse to send me a paper statement. Not happy with this experience at all - not sure how I will get this debt resolved.

Another criminal collection agency committing fraud. They just put fraudulent notices in victims credit reports. No contact, no letters. They have been reported to the Attorney General's office.

This company uses an auto dialer to call my office all the time. When we answer the phone an automated voice states " sorry....a recovery agent is not available at this time" What kind of crap is this that? I do not owe anyone a dime. Personally or with my business!

saw an item on my credit report post as a unpaid collection item from stellar recovery inc. i called stellar recovery and an agent found the old account they had, helped me set up on payments to repay the account. as far as them reporting it on to credit, they tried to contact me but i had moved and didnt update my address with anybody, so not their fault they couldnt reach me. a very good company. they work with you to help you resolve your debt. work hard to find a payment plan you can afford.

Not sure what all the fuss is about I saw that I owed some money on a previous account I called Stellar and I had someone on the phone to help me right away. They found the item that I owed money on, I paid it and that was that.
