I had my Canada-Haven stuff sent over in July of 2020. Company with a catastrophic customer relationship and customer satisfaction. In terms of banking regulations I advise you to monitor your cash flow it took the intervention of the head office of my bank in France to find fraudulent practices.
Not only the practices are fraudulent but they will make you complications and will retain your goods and charge you parking fees.
In short a company to avoid absolutely.
No your customers are not asking for excuses, just regular business practices. Especially when you receive international transactions with tracing, in this case the UETR number: b26f2c68-53a9-4475-acfa-c39563ed05b0vo ( and not a screenshot!). Today everything is traced.
Curious to see that you try to justify yourself, when you do not respond to the banks' requests for reimbursement and you triple the cost of transport for the customers. Of course I can prove this, but reading the notices about you on the internet you are not at your first attempt. Perhaps you would be more receptive to the courts. Your clients will not be obliged to inform the general public if you try to solve problems directly with your clients. The truth will finally come out on the internet where transparency is the key, future clients will be warned of your practices or you will take clients hostage behind the law of the sea. If you want such notices to disappear, contact us and refund!
