James Full English Breakfast and great chai lattes.

Had a delicious Vanilla Chai tea and a very large Cherry Danish that the barista warmed up for me. Very enjoyable! Thank you.

Good food, atmosphere and oh yeah the music was great too!

Open again under new ownership and back in business in a big way with good music and an excellent menu. Yesterday, I had a Breakfast Burrito -- amazing! I'll be going again soon.

What a great find! I have only been here for breakfast a few times, as i am not from the area. I wish this place was near my home...I'd go there every day. The lattes are phenomenal. The cinnamon raisin bagel is to die for!

Cool spot asthetically. Coffee is just okay. I had the egg and cheese on a biscuit sandwich which tasted like I got it out of a vending machine.

Great place to hear singer songwriters, enjoy really good food, pastries, coffee, tea (mattcha latte was delicious), an IPA, wine, or cocktail. Friendly atmosphere, small town feel. Highly recommend.

We had a fabulous meal here and wish we lived closer to go there more frequently...the staff were extremely nice, the atmosphere is great, the owners are wonderful, and the food is delicious...you must stop in if you're in the area.

The coffee is great and high quality. The food is consistent good and the staff are nice.

Wonderful joint for live music, coffee, lattes, great food, etc. Did I mention Live Music? The owners are fine people and know good music, and bring in great local and regional acts. I will stop in here every chance I get.

Great cafe! Allow you to order curbside and sit outside. Bands play inside during non-covid times. A lot of great food options! More than you would think. Coffee is fantastic too.

I stop in at Steel City almost every Wednesday while my kids take their piano lessons. I love the coffee, the kids love the cookies (or other dessert), and we all enjoy the creative ambiance of the place!

Sometimes my wife and I get a baby-sitter and enjoy the live shows they host! Other times I might just bring a kid with me.

Great space, outside seats as well...had cold brew and homemade poptart, wowsa! Soo good.

It's a pretty relaxing place to be if you just want to sit down and have a nice cup of coffee. My only critique would be that the service could be a little better, but that might just be because of the time of day I have gone at.

Steel City has been through many owners and incarnations in the 4+ years I've lived in downtown Phoenixville. The current incarnation has my favorite coffee drinks but I miss the breakfast sandwiches of previous Steel Cities. The space is well designed and great for a day of studying or working.

THE BEST for local coffee AND local artists. I drive to phoenixville just for a cup of joe from this place!

Went here for coffee. Half a pound of freshly ground morning mojo ground for a French press $9 and change) along with a cup of it to go. When my to go coffee tasted watered down I assumed it had to do with an employee new to making coffee. Then I got home to make my own cup and it was just as bad. I don't know about anything else they sell, but it doesn't bode well that their selling coffee flavored mulch at a high price. Would not recommend.

Nice place... came in to see the story telling during Blob Fest 2019. Workers were very friendly. I didn't get any food but my ice green tea matcha drink was good.

The tea selection is awesome and they will do it hot or iced. We got the nachos and the chicken/onion/gouda Flatbread. Both were out of this world and VERY reasonably priced. The inside is really nice - the tables are great and there's plenty of space. The baked goods are also fantastic. The new owners are doing a great job. When there was a tiny mix up with my tea, they raced to fix it for me immediately. They clearly really care about their customers. I will be visiting Steel City much more often from now on!
