I thought the carpet in my rental unit was trashed, with stains and very dirty high-traffic areas. When I walked in after Steam Masters came, I couldn't believe it! The carpet was much cleaner than I expected it could get and stains I never thought would come out were gone! Everyone I spoke to from estimate through invoice was helpful and friendly and very accommodating to my busy schedule. Thanks to the Minturn team for making our place feel clean again!

We purchased a house about 10 years ago in Keystone Ranch that had water and mold damage from broken pipes. The damage was extensive. At that time we hired SteamMaster to do the remedial work and their performance was excellent.
This same house is now under contract and if all goes according to plan will close in September. The issue concerning the flooding was revealed on the property disclosure form. I called SteamMaster to get as much information as I was able to to present to the potential buyers. StreamMaster attended to all my questions and were very helpful in getting the information to me quickly so as not to disturb the flow of the inspection and the sale process. They provided reports and photos showing the extent of their work. Another company came in to insure there were no issues with mold in the house.
In conclusion, I will say that I was impressed not only with the work performed 10 years ago but also with the ease and speed they were able to put together a package that was forwarded to the potential buyers. The owners are very hands on and the staff very competent and service oriented. Kudos to all.

Steam Master cleaned the carpets at the Minturn Fitness Center which take a lot of abuse during the year. When they were done our carpet looked like new again. Great people to work with and great job.

My wife and I have a townhome in East Vail. We arrived on night in February to soaked carpet in our Master Bedroom (there was a large ice dam on our roof). We contacted our HOA. Fantastic service from the Steammaster team in Vail CO. We had a major flood in our lower level - they showed up at 2:00am and worked for 2 solid days to move furniture, remove carpeting, drywall, baseboards etc, dry out crawl space and dry the entire basement. Worked through the weekend to make house livable again. Fantastic crew, great to work with. Highly recommended!

Came home to a flooded basement on thanksgiving weekend . Called Steam master and they had a crew down to our place within the hour. The crew (Nigel and Rusty) started cleaning immediately and called for additional help due the extend of the flooding. Next Gary, the owner shows up and started evaluating the situation when Harrison shows with additional equipment. By 11:00 that night they had all the water sucked and up and fans and dehumidifiers set. 10 days later, with Gary checking everyday for moisture content,, everything was dried and fans removed without any lose to carpet, drywall, carpet cleaned . Great outfit!!

As president of an HOA where Steammaster did mold remediation, I worked with manager Greg and owner Raj. We had significant problems with one of the unit owners. Raj did a PHENOMINAL job in figuring out a solution. Without his help the situation could have become much worse. Greg, who managed the job, also did a phenomenal job in working with me, being responsive to my questions, keeping me informed of progress, and keeping all parties happy. They were a bright spot in a tough situation.

The owner Raj Manickam and his staff were incredibly professional handling a water leak crisis in our home. They responded immediately in the middle of the night and followed up the next day, all hands on deck to handle the mitigation of water damage. The communication with Raj, Greg and his staff was as good as it gets during the entire ordeal. The demo was handled as carefully as possible and despite everything bad about this leak event, at least I know the home was stabilized as quickly and professionally as possible.

I arrived in Vail on July 23 2017 to find a broken toilet valve that had been running water for a month on the top floor of a multi-story townhouse. The entire unit was trashed including a basement filled with water. I called Steam Master immediately and they showed up with a large team led by Jeff S. Over the next few weeks they removed all the sheet rock, carpet, and did the mold remediation until we finally passed the test a few month later. This same team loaded up and stored our remaining furniture for a year until the rebuild was completed in July of 2018. I cant say enough good things about co-owner Raj, Jeff S, and RoseAnne from billing. They have been EXCELLENT to work with this past year in a huge project. Thanks again Steam Master!

Got a good price. Techs went out of their way to route a hose from their truck up to my balcony which provides a better cleaning than a portable unit.

They are much more than carpet cleaners, they clean and restore everything! They are full restoration service providers for any water damage, fire, mold or old. Just hurry and call them so that they can get their quickly to avoid further damage. The longer you wait, the worse it will be. AND they are passionate and engaged with their community, they are certified actively green, they retain their staff because of how well they treat and run their business, and they genuinely want to help. If you don't know them, you should. They are absolutely wonderful people. There is a reason why they won Ethical Business of the Year!

At the final week of a full scale remodel project we had an unexpected water damaging malfunction. Rajkumar Manickam, the CEO of SteamMaster of Minturn, responded immediately with equipment and damage mitigation recommendations. His team and Raj himself personally oversaw the entire mitigation process, surprising the general contractor, plumbing contractor and condo owner with multiple visits to ensure the process was done properly and mitigated effectively. He was very consciences and thorough. Hope you have the same experience if challenged with similar circumstances.

Harrison and his team did a fantastic job. Most contractors that came out had solutions that would not get the job done. Colorado Crawlspace put in a interior drainage system in my crawlspace and future proofed my house with a encapsulation system. They were great to work with and did not mind that I was checking out there work as it occurred. They did a great job.

When our spa had major water damage, they were here right away and took great care of our spa. I would highly recommend using them!

I had some slate and some flagstone floors in need of care. SteamMaster cleaned them both, removing the old damaged sealer from the slate, and sealed everything.
