SteamMaster is by far the most professional, caring, and hardworking group of people we have ever worked with. Their reputation in the valley is second to none. Our home was badly damaged by water. We called SteamMaster and they immediately sent their representative to evaluate the situation. A plan was put into place immediately. They went above and beyond what you would normally expect of a business. We had caring individuals that took the time to not only correct the situation, but also recognized that this was a difficult time for our family. It was clear from the beginning that they had a strong plan to get our problem resolved. Daily visits to our home for moisture readings, updates on progress, and visual results put our minds at rest. Julie (co-owner) and Raj (CEO) continually kept us informed. Raj was thorough in every part of this big job. We felt like he was a friend taking care of our home. Even weeks after the job was complete Raj continued to check in with us to see how the renovation was going. We highly recommend this business to anyone that needs this type of service.
