I have had my phone and all my kids phones repaired at the Acworth location. They have always been quick and professional. Decent prices too

They've had my son's laptop for about 3wks now and I haven't recieved any communication on an ETA for repair time, nor any updates on its condition for why it was acting up. No call backs in decent time or anything.

I should have written this long ago. Staymobile's Lenovo tech diagnosed a tricky problem on my old ThinkPad and made a workaround. I then used them to set up my new ThinkPad (I'm software savvy, need help with hardware). Now a Lenovo program keeps hijacking my webcam and I'm looking to Staymobile again. I think they're great and I'll drive 45 miles if necessary for this quality service.

Brought an iPad Mini in to get the screen repaired. Took forever to get back, there was something left behind the glass that wasn't there before, and the glass wasn't glued back. I would NOT recommend.

Honestly should be ZERO stars.....I worked at the New Kennesaw Warehouse and all I can say is if you see any Staymobile hiring ads, AVOID them.....They hired on an entire staff of temps and fired every single one of them without a single days notice in the middle of all of what is going on. Within this time, they were also hiring new cheaper labor to replace all of us temps. The management can not manage and you will pull your hair out after working hard to be rewarded with being laid off...avoid Brad and Mignon
