I should have written this long ago. Staymobile's Lenovo tech diagnosed a tricky problem on my old ThinkPad and made a workaround. I then used them to set up my new ThinkPad (I'm software savvy, need help with hardware). Now a Lenovo program keeps hijacking my webcam and I'm looking to Staymobile again. I think they're great and I'll drive 45 miles if necessary for this quality service.
