Staton Law Firm, PLLC Review

Whitney came highly recommended for our real estate closing. Her office kept us informed and answered our questions very diligently. Our closing went very smooth and her closing process is stream lined, she didn t keep us waiting and every one was so friendly. I would recommend her and will definitely be using her office again for all of my real estate closings.

I called the Staton Law Office on 6/10 (my closing is on 6/15) but the paralegal was not able to take my call and they were not able to provide me the info There was no "the paralegal is not available but she will reach out when she is"... it was 'the receptionist can probably answer all your questions" (and did she? Of course not).
I have not had ANY contact with this firm except for the telephone receptionist and the (1) email CCd to me. I should have gone to another firm.
This move is stressful enough as it is Please don't add to it

We were referred to Staton Law by our real estate agent. The team at Staton is the best! they handled all of our closing, title and deed work. I have also had several questions about our deed 1 year later and Hannah was very professional and gracious in handling my questions. I strongly recommend their services.

We used this firm for a closing as the sellers realtor recommended. Not only did they not distribute the insurance funds at closing, but refused to allow me to pay the insurance company to avoid the insurance becoming void. It is now 45 days after closing and my insurance company still has yet to receive funds And now my mortgage company is in the process of purchasing another policy to protect their loan at my expense. I m not a happy newcomer to Hendersonville NC from this poor experience.

As a real estate agent, you have to have a team that you trust to take care of your clients. At Statons, they have met and exceeded with each transaction I had with them. (And will continue to use.. )

They done a great job on the closing of my house. Also the purchase of the house my mom bought.

Whitney was wonderful when I closed on my house. I even messed something up with the bank and she personally called them and helped me take care of it! Definitely would recommend.
