I ve been a long time customer of Audicare and have found their staff courteous and go above and beyond what is needed to get my hearing aids properly adjusted both in sound quality as well as fitting snugly in my ear. I ve used other hearing aid services in SE Michigan and they were good. However Audicare definitely rises to a higher level of quality.

I had a minor "emergency" as one of my aid domes was stuck in my ear. Phoned and got in early for prompt removal (not medically harming, just annoying) and good advice about how to avoid this in the future. Also got thorough information about new hearing devices which I am still pondering.
It was good!! There all about helping so i can hear way better..its awesome!!

The care thatI have received at Audicare has been excellent. Jeanne and Marlene keep their skills updated and are both very good communicators. They listen carefully to your concerns and make sure that each one is addressed before you leave. Highly recommended.
