Can you guys return my emails please - I've got 700 front sliders on order and despite sending emails on 13th Feb and again on 22nd Feb its now the 26th Feb and I've heard nothing from Matt or Kristy.
Can you at least acknowledge the emails with a reply please.

I work there, a family type of persona! Hard work, but enjoy most of the ppl i work with! Can have fun and act stupid while working n being myself! And at the same time the upper staff will will mingle and talk n joke with u as if ur a person!

About a year ago my Wife and I bought a CM horse trailer that had a broken sliding window in one of the drop down feed windows. With a little research I found the windows were made by State Wide Windows in Elkhart, In. When I contacted them, I talked with a representative by the name of Kyle. After several e-mails it was determined that my windows had been discontinued and parts no longer available. BUT Kyle went far out of his way to get us the extrusion and latch piece that made up the handle for the slider........and sent to us at "no charge". Now we can have the glass made up locally and the window will be repaired! IF you need windows for your horse trailer, Definitely Consider State Wide Windows!! Thanks Kyle!

Very nice folks,treats a driver with respect,and courtesy. They had a machine go down, appologized and kept me updated. Also gave me a shirt,a couple jackets and bags,a nice reusable water bottle,offered coffee,not sure how to act,lol. Thanks statewide !!

Bad windows and bad customer service. Been waiting for over two months for my windows replacement from Matt Dutton and haven't heard a word from him since my RV manufacturer last touched base with him. You may be busy, but two months is ridiculous.

I ordered two gas prop cylinders for my truck cap. They were $15 each.
They are about 3/4" diameter and 16" long. They weigh less than a pound each, most likely less than a total of one pound. I got an email saying P & H would be $15. That seemed high, but I could accept it. When I got billed, I was billed for $65.13, they had added an additional $20 for UPS.

$30 worth of product and $35.13 for S & H. I feel that I got ripped off. I would not deal with these people again!
