My unit is only 6 years old Joe the technician from statewide was very knowledgeable about furnace repair found the issue ordered the part and fixed my unit.
I had two estimates before Statewide and they both wanted to sell me a new unit costing thousands of dollars.

I have used Statewide both personally and professionally for nearly 15 years. They are wonderful to work with and are my go to company. They are well informed and have the best value. Statewide installed a new system for my mom and saved her a lot of money. Another company was trying to take advantage of her, so I called Statewide and they took good care of her. They offered her a maintenance plan at reasonable rate too.

Statewide also helped me during a sales transaction where the seller needed to install and new AC system. She had been given a extremely high quote from another company and couldn t afford to install a new system to sell the home. I recommend she call Statewide and they came to the rescue. They installed the system for the seller and my buyer was able to purchase the home. Everyone was happy. These are just two examples of the great service I have always received!

Excellent company, exceptional service. They take care of my and my husbands personal rentals all the way out in Bandera and my massive Communites in Pflugerville and San Marcus. One if the only a/c companies that will go out on an emergency call after hours.

Have been doing business with Statewide for 15 yea...

Have been doing business with Statewide for 15 years. They installed the AC and heating systems in my home and have maintained them twice a year on a annual service agreement that is more than affordable. From time to time have had some minor repairs, cleaning the AC coil. This summer the AC after 15 years of some very HOT Texas summers was on its last gasp! They advised me and the unit would have made it maybe through this season. Decided to go for a new unit and had Statewide install it. COMPLETELY satisfied! Reviewed other retailers and Statewide gave me a very competitive price installed! Thanks to Melvin and the whole crew at Statewide. Highly recommend Statewide!

I had the opportunity to use StateWide Service Co. when my A/C decided to stop working. I was glad my friend recommended them to me. I called made the appointment, they scheduled me for same day service and it made me happy because the temperature was 97+ the day my A/C died. The technician called me that he was on his way. Once the Technician arrived he quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it and my A/C was up and running. My pocket book and I were extremely delighted customers! Unlike other A/C companies they fixed it and did not try to sell me another system! I would highly recommend them.

Called for service on my heater and got same day service not only did they come when they said they would but they went above and beyond by vacuuming out my furnace and had me warmed up in no time. Will definitely continue to use them for future services

This was the most efficient and cost effective company I have had the pleasure to do business in quite some time. I thought good old fashioned customer service was long gone but these folks restored what I thought was lost. They have earned my trust and my continued business and my word of mouth advertising. Richard even had the fore thought to have me move the finches into another room to prevent them from inhaling fumes from some spot welding.

Came home from work to my AC not blowing cold. Called statewide, and they had a guy come out the very next day. He found the problem extremely fast, which told me this company has highly trained employees. I needed a new coil. They called me with a quote, and scheduled a repair date. On my scheduled day, the repair man stayed in contact with me all day. Once it was time for him to do the repair, he called to let me know that he was on his way. It took him just an hour to complete the coil replacement. Now I have a shiny new coil, and my AC works better than it ever has. I'm super pleased with the service Statewide provided, and I will definitely use them for all of my air conditioning needs.

Edited: Bumped up to 4 Stars, Condenser Coil had...

Edited: Bumped up to 4 Stars, Condenser Coil had a leak and that is the manufactures fault. Still should have been checked when newly installed in March and with the first service call in April. New tech they sent out knew what he was doing and explained everything in detail.

Brand new home in Canyon Lake, TX. First day in the AC does not work.

Their tech comes out, called in by my builder, was here 5 hours the first time and states that at 68 degrees outside, the system cannot be tested for leaks. Brand new system and it have zero freon in it. He filled it and said to watch for it but would not be surprised if he had to be back.

Well the AC went out yesterday again, core, and both pipes frozen. Called it in, they said they would be there that evening. They never showed up, not even a courtesy call.

I received a call this morning and they say they are on there way. Lets hope they actually care to find the leak on this brand new 2 month old system.

Oh by the way, a very close friend of mine owes an AC company in San Marcos, in his 20 years of experience, he has never had an issue checking for leaks in 68 degree conditions. Also, installing a new unit and not properly checking for leaks.... hmmm

Customer service when you call is forgotten, they just try to get you off the phone as quick as possible.

Went to bed at 11pm it was 90 degrees in the house, currently 88 at 8:40 am.

I hope they redeem themselves
