Waiting time to order parts is ridiculous. It's usually about 45 min. minimum before someone answers. They give the option to leave a call back #, but they usually don't get back with you until the following day if your lucky.
Great customer service, they do there best to get me in and out of there fast.
Customers have to stand outside in the heat to get orders. Slow service with 3 guys at the dock but only 1 helping people when there is a long line.
