It is like local company. There is no corporate culture. It is very difficult to survive near by company. House owners are looting employees money by multiple terms and conditions.. food and all not availability near by areas.. Punjabi restaurant is only option you survive near by company..PG collects huge money without providing good food. If you give advance then they will not give full repayment... no one will support you...pathetic situation for outsiders.. i don't know about saravanampatti...

Yes off course good place for beginners, specially for Coimbatore people. But it's a heaven if you have a good leader as a manager and if not things go vice versa...

Meh company. Nothing is organised. You don't know who has the real authority to get things done. Everyone says its not my responsibility. If you are someone who just wants to work something and go home take salary. Yeah. This place it is. Else look elsewhere.

Best JV for fresher's. SSHCL providing good salary if you perform well .Only for commerce background

The place where I work . I love it so much. This will be my favorite period of my life ever because of the sweet people over there.

I am so much disappointed with the recruitment of this company. In February 2020 they have conducted a pool drive in one of the colleges in Kerala and I also participated in it. It was a 2 day recruitment consisting of 3 levels and performed really well. After completing the final HR interview the HR officer informed me that I got selected. More than 150 students were recruited on the same day.
After one month, I got a mail from the placement officer from that college in which the pool drive was conducted that my name is listed in the final list shared by the company and he forwarded the selection list shared by the company. But unfortunately my name was not there in the list.
I contacted HCL with the help of that placement officer and they are not responding now.
The same thing happened with 6 students including me. Now that placement officer is saying that we may not got enough score to be selected in the company. If HCL thinks that our performance was not up to the level then why did they selected us on the recruitment day? This is a really disappointing thing.
