I am so much disappointed with the recruitment of this company. In February 2020 they have conducted a pool drive in one of the colleges in Kerala and I also participated in it. It was a 2 day recruitment consisting of 3 levels and performed really well. After completing the final HR interview the HR officer informed me that I got selected. More than 150 students were recruited on the same day.
After one month, I got a mail from the placement officer from that college in which the pool drive was conducted that my name is listed in the final list shared by the company and he forwarded the selection list shared by the company. But unfortunately my name was not there in the list.
I contacted HCL with the help of that placement officer and they are not responding now.
The same thing happened with 6 students including me. Now that placement officer is saying that we may not got enough score to be selected in the company. If HCL thinks that our performance was not up to the level then why did they selected us on the recruitment day? This is a really disappointing thing.
