I was locked out of my account. I was assisted by a young lady named Sparkle. Very appropriate name. Her customer service was diamond-level! She worked and worked to resolve my situation, helped me change my personal information which hadn't been updated in years, and gave me clear, easy instructions on how to manage my tax deductions for my account. She was unable to resolve the issue that prevented me from accessing my account. However, she immediately sent an email to their IT department to assist in resolution. Sparkle advised me that someone from TRS or the TRS IT department would contact me within forty-eight hours (they are incredibly swamped on Mondays through Wednesdays). I read so many terrible reviews of the TRS here in Georgia. They evidently didn't have a stellar Customer Service Representative like Sparkle. TRS should be PROUD to have staff like her. She made my day!
