Their whole system process/follow-up is archaic. Having to rely on one employee who may, or who may not be available (in meeting, out of office, etc.) is unacceptable in 2021 for such an important service. And on one of my calls, the rep sounded like she was just getting out of bed. NOTE: They're in NO HURRY to distribute your funds. Minimum 6 weeks by MAIL ONLY.
