Deliver here regularly, every time I come I always deal with Bob. He's a real great guy and really easy to talk to. What people don't realize is this place isn't just their receiving but delivery, they take the fresh delivery across the street for packaging then they bring it back for shipping. Also the time it takes to unload truly depends on the product you have and how bad they need it. Example: If they need spinach that day, and your apt is at 7am but you got here at 2am and you have spinach, your getting a door at 3am, in and out. Sometimes delivery can take a while but you can usually tell how long it's going to take by the amount of truck's there are. Shipping can take a while but it's FCFS, so don't let your broker's lie to you! Warehouse folk's are great bunch as well. Very direct and forward, can't be a softy, east coast people talk very differently than west coast, so if you have soft feelings, your probably a west coast person.
