Want to relax...best place to be in busy city like NCR. Staff is bit lethargic, can be improved...

Calm and quiet resort with great food. Service is a bit slow but that's expected. Approach road is in a bad state

5 stars undoubtedly for the place, location and the property.

Food this time was a big big let down. 1 star for the food in terms of buffet lay out, quality and taste.

Nice place, away from the hustle and bustle of the modern life. The access road is a bit bumpy for the last few km, but manageable. The place itself is vast, and beautifully designed. The rooms are well spread out, in groups of four which suits small parties well. There are a lot of amenities from a splash pool to a small cricket ground to even a petting zoo for the kids. The rooms are decently sized, clean and furnished nicely. The food was tasty as well.
All in all, a perfect getaway for a weekend, even better if you have a family group.

Liked the concept... Rooms were nice... Good for romantic getaways...

Support from staff not good, once check out, they will not help you change money, if you don't have your own car, they will also not arrange cab.

Drive to the property is super exciting. The property is very well built and has huge campus. One who wants to be away from the city life and wants to be in the nature and very close to Gurgaon

It was a pleasure to stay here. Excellent service from arrival to departure. I attended a family wedding and I wanted it to be perfect. Their service did not disappoint me.

Every staff member with whom we came in contact was very professional, friendly and helpful. Rooms were spotless clean with modern furniture and amenities you may need. The bed was "King-size'' and very comfortable to sleep. The serenity greenery across the resort was breathtaking for a metro person.

Free WiFi works perfectly. The hotel restaurant had a great buffet. The pool n play facilities were amazing. Also recommended Relaxing massage before departure.

The parking attendants were careful and courteous.
On the top of that
* The sound system worked perfectly.
The entertainment was entertaining.
Kids enjoyed a lot at live Open house DJ
Music.

I would recommend this hotel for both buisness or pleasure trips.

We have already decided to return to Westin Sohna Resorts & Spa for our next vacation.

Resort outside ncr region near sohna by Westin. Very big property

Pathetic service, they don't even have a contact number where you can call , I tried calling on their number for continues three days, no answer then some how I was able get in touch with westin Gurgaon, they told me that this property numbers are not working and there is no way we can reach to the property via call or to modify booking, I was shocked that even in this era chain like westin don't even have a contact number, I can imagine about how bad their service will be... Pathetic

We were five guests, and we booked the luxury Villa, which was a great decision as there is ample space, and usually villas are far apart so 5-6 people should book the luxury Villa instead of individual premier villas. They have a very good Chinese restaurant for dinner, above average in room dining and buffet (buffet restaurant good look better), neat bar area with happy hours till 8.30pm Lots to do an explore, you can't get bored. Long distances to walk so get your travelling shoes. Simple yet fancy pool area. However very pricey and for the price the services at times felt a little underwhelming, such as certain plug points were not working, toiletries in the bathroom were in adequate, slightly dusty at some parts of the Villa, our hammock was missing and was out of stock (though it should have been part of our Villa), reception area and greeting is quite underwhelming To conclude, great place for 1-2 day getway, go with family or friends, lots to do with both sets of groups. Clean air and vibrant Ambience.

Amazing experience. 5 star service. The staff is out to please you. So much greenery. Very large space with not many guests even when completely full. Very nice pool. Many interesting activities. We rented bicycles, shot guns and walked a lot. Only negatives are that the property had seen better days and need renovation.

Horrible services... there was no glass or any dishes in the room.. I ordered them and they came after 1 hr.. Had to wait for a lot of time.. Feels bad because even after paying so much the services are not up to the mark.

Beautiful place to stay. Nice campus with lot of things to be done for different age group. They should add more signage and information for guests to know about campus and activities. it's easy to miss things among other activities and campus span.

The place was heaven and the services they provide was great.

I visited Westin sohna property with my wife on my anniversary on 20th May and spoiled it... fist of all the AC of our room was not working and despite repeated complaints they keep coming to the room but could neither correct it nor dis they change the room... then it was stinking outside the room due to some nalah or STP plant outside our room and when complained no action was taken... then the room service was very slow and poor... food served in the room was raw and was charged in the bill despite our complaint which we never had... we could not enjoy at all and while checking out when we complained the front desk manager... it hardly bothered him and did not give us any number or email ID to file the complaint and suggested us to find on net... Actually a hopeless experience and waste of money

Great property. Well maintained with lush green parks.

Great rooms, amenities and facilities for familiesand couples taking a weekend break. The food needs some improvement though. It's about a 90 minute drive from Gurgaon. The approach road is not very good and there are no shops or restaurants near the hotel so would recommend going for an all inclusive package

Good for conference. Large ballroom. Food was good. But when settling bill found that they had charged us unnecessarily. If large corporate group is staying there, they are requested to scrutinise the final bill closely.

Best resort in sohna, if you are going for weekends, hopefully you enjoy your weekend with lot of thing. The Westin location is outer area which is pink drop of silence an you are feel like a heaven.

The most uncourteous property I have ever visited. Despite having confermed reservation for dinner we were bluntly denied entry into the resort. On our incistance that we have confirmation mail they simply said sorry. We had travelled all the way from Ghaziabad to that remote place driving for two nd half hour. Pathetic.

Went with my wife for our tenth anniversary to this Westin resort. The property is massive and very elegantly crafted.The food was delectable and service superb.We were pleasantly surprised by a complimentary cake too. Wifey was happy ,what else does one want!!!!!!

Westin is more than a Hotel. Its a place which can relax and rejuvenate you.
The facility is well laid out, has luxurious rooms, has multiple lawns and also kids playing area.
Go with your friends and family and you will remember the experience forever

Wild animals being kept in cages, do not support this. Do not come here.

It was just like heaven, it's a very beautiful hotel. You can go there and enjoy on weekend even you don't need hotel. Food, gym , spa pool everything is awesome. You will feel like a king.

Booked a luxury villa here, received the Villa after cleaning at 3:44 although it was promised at 2:45
Horrible management and dishonest service.
If only these big places lived up to their hype.
