Very satisfied with my purchase of a Peugeot 308 delivered on time with a smile by a responsive and efficient team. However, with regard to my 3rd 308, I gradually noticed that there are some disparities in the basic equipment such as the absence of fog lights and especially the automatically folding mirrors or reading of the panels by compared to the equivalent French finish. It would have been useful to specify it as some of your colleagues do or to do it for your next sales because it is always unpleasant to have this kind of surprises once in possession of the vehicle.

In search of a new replacement car, I visited many garages in my area until I remembered that Starterre had recently made the headlines and therefore went to their site.
And there, I had a hard time believing the prices displayed: -35% on a vehicle of a pretty English brand.
We were welcomed by a very pleasant team in premises at the top of modernity.
On the recovery side, we would have liked to have had a higher offer (recovery 1500 below the professional price), but the vehicle being discounted by 17000 , we cannot win on all fronts.
The delivery of the keys is great, a very friendly person takes you around the car and takes the time to explain everything to you.

We took delivery of a FIAT DUCATO van built by ADRIA from 2009 and 120 000km.
The welcome of Kristof and Frank, campers cars was at the height of the excellent reputation of Starterre.
After a month and a half of use, defects were found: leakage from the skylight of the bathroom, a detail on the shower tray causing a leak, leakage from the bathroom faucet. The water pump of the motor home part broke down one month after the purchase. Even if these defects have spoiled part of our holidays, they are hardly detectable, or even completely unpredictable in the case of the water pump. We were therefore understanding. In exchange, Laurent du SAV and his team immediately took over the vehicle and repaired all the defects. They also cleaned the tanks with clean water and waste water.
We bought this rather expensive vehicle from a reputable professional to leave with peace of mind. We have therefore been demanding since the purchase and when taking warranty defects, Starterre has been at the height on all points.
We had come a few months before to take information for a car, we were there too very well received by NG.
If we have to change camping car, or car, we will first address these professionals.
