We took delivery of a FIAT DUCATO van built by ADRIA from 2009 and 120 000km.
The welcome of Kristof and Frank, campers cars was at the height of the excellent reputation of Starterre.
After a month and a half of use, defects were found: leakage from the skylight of the bathroom, a detail on the shower tray causing a leak, leakage from the bathroom faucet. The water pump of the motor home part broke down one month after the purchase. Even if these defects have spoiled part of our holidays, they are hardly detectable, or even completely unpredictable in the case of the water pump. We were therefore understanding. In exchange, Laurent du SAV and his team immediately took over the vehicle and repaired all the defects. They also cleaned the tanks with clean water and waste water.
We bought this rather expensive vehicle from a reputable professional to leave with peace of mind. We have therefore been demanding since the purchase and when taking warranty defects, Starterre has been at the height on all points.
We had come a few months before to take information for a car, we were there too very well received by NG.
If we have to change camping car, or car, we will first address these professionals.
