Spoke to the woman partner at the firm and was turned off by her arrogant tone of voice. Terrible way to approach potential new business esp. in a competitive industry as a landscape architect. Next.
I m unsure of the professionalism of the other partner, but the female principal I spoke with on the phone was not very helpful and seemed more concerned with winning a word game with me. Advice: Grow up and have a smile when you re running a business.
