I found the attorney that I dealt with to be in communicative, unclear and recluse. Emails constantly when to spam regardless on any measures I took to white list the firm. Emails when returned curtly. No plan for a path to resolution, though requested was laid out. I was disappointed and would not use the firm again. The only reason I gave a score higher than 1 was the staff.
