Zero stars. Unethical company. Trying to cheat my elderly parents after many years of being loyal customers. Keep sending false bills claiming monies owed for made up charges. Delivered gas after service cancelled, took 4 months to pick up tank, kept accumulating charges after cancellation, claimed gas was used although other company was currently delivering. Extremely rude and discourteous people providing customer support. Ignored multiple certified letters from honest people trying to correct the situation. Extremely dishonest. Stay clear and use another provider. Can confirm similar bad experience from other reviewers below. Seems like this is business as usual for them.

Recently dealt with this company. Take your business elsewhere. The woman I spoke with Ms. Bertuccis was the nastiest person I have encountered in a long time. Very rude. Lots of better companies to choose from.

this company is a sick company. we have never used...

this company is a sick company. we have never used gas from this company and we have told to remove the tanks from our premises and they sent a bill of $ 119 and there is a woman by name stephanie and she is a rude unethical woman, she dosent know how to talk. charlie who is a manager for delivery came took the tanks at that time he said you wont get charged for the removal. And this woman says he dosent know. these people are cheats... be aware

Been a customer for a while now, but the nickel and dime they try for everything is unbelievable, had a full tank delivered and found out I had a leak on my stove, they said they would leave it locked till I get it fixed or a new one and they would just come and turn it on. Did that and when I called them back they wanted to charge 100$ to unlock it?!!! Called a different Co. with better people skills than the person answering here and with better prices. (Shop around for different suppliers)

We have a padlock on our gate, we had an agreement that Starlight would call us before their arrival to fill up propane. They never called and could not get into the gate. We were charged because they were unable to get into the gate. After speaking with them a second time, we left the pad lock unlocked and the starlight employee only had to remove an unlocked pad lock to get into the backyard. The employee claimed the gate was locked and left. We were charged again. When trying to resolve the issue on the phone, we were dismissed rudely. We immediately changed companies. I would not suggest using Starlite.

I have been a customer for 10 yrs, never really had any complaints till now. I asked for a delivery, during the quarantine. When the driver arrived we asked him to deliver $100.00. We were told he can't make partial deliveries. We did this before so I called the office. Ann Marie confirmed it is their policy, No Partial Delivery. Are You Kidding me? We are quarantined! People are out of work! and you won't make a partial delivery to a costumer of over 10 yrs? She actually told me to go to the bank and get money, or write a check and then run to the bank to cover the check! I'm glad she still is able to work, but understand this STAR LITE. Most of your costumers do not have money coming in at this time.

Zero stars!! we have been loyal customers, but they take advantage of people, they tell you one thing and do another, all type of fees, receptionist and manager are rude it there way or no way, save yourself the hassle and take your business else where

Sooooo I just got off he phone with these rude, unprofessional uncomprehending individuals and we ended up right where we started lol. Now they want cash on hand for all deliveries after double charging my card for past delivery and new delivery on the same day. Dont use them.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They are very unprofessional. I ve been asking that they replace my tank for the past 2 years. They would only come fill it up. The last delivery guy said it was dangerous but still filled it up. I called to resolve a billing issue for a tank rental and they refused to credit me even though the tank is no good. Even with another fill up they would not credit me the rental fee they said they had no record of me calling to replace the tank which is crazy considering the last 2 times I ordered I explained that the tank was too old /rusted and needed to be replaced. I was told that I should have continued to call them to get the tank changed. So I m guessing they think it s the customers responsibility to stay on top of them. No way to run a business. Very rude and unprofessional. I look forward to fighting this charge with the credit bureaus should they be stupid enough to send me to coloctions which is probably the case.
