We have a padlock on our gate, we had an agreement that Starlight would call us before their arrival to fill up propane. They never called and could not get into the gate. We were charged because they were unable to get into the gate. After speaking with them a second time, we left the pad lock unlocked and the starlight employee only had to remove an unlocked pad lock to get into the backyard. The employee claimed the gate was locked and left. We were charged again. When trying to resolve the issue on the phone, we were dismissed rudely. We immediately changed companies. I would not suggest using Starlite.
