Extremely nice staff. The bikes are from Specialized, which I found great. But: Make sure to try out the bike nearby before getting on a long tour. I changed bike because I didn't like the gears on the first one.

They do not have any signage at any of their pick up areas- you have to guess. Some drop off areas where far from the main attraction. Our driver didn t let us know that we were going to be hopping on the highway, so we were stuck upstairs in open freezing air. She could have let us know at a stop prior so we could have moved downstairs. The drivers were very friendly overall! The tour is a good way to get around affordably, without having to Uber . You just have to have some patience and flexible timing.
People were very nice, price was decent. The bikes were not of great quality, difficult to change gears and tires were a little deflated. We were one of the last rentals of the day, so likely had slim pickings.Good location.
If you want to rent a bike in S.F., this is the place to go. The shop is right on Fisherman's Wharf so you can ride over the GG Bridge or take the ferry to Angel Island or just cruise around the city and enjoy all of the sites. The staff is super knowledgeable and professional and the customer service is outstanding. Our mountain bikes rode perfectly. Also, they provide helmets and locks! Highly recommended.
This is an awesome way to be sustainable, use nothing but the energy of a human body and feel the breeze, smells, and visuals San Francisco has to offer. We enjoyed the haight st. Location and enjoyed every moment. Staff was helpful and bikes were comfortable. I'd recommend this place to anyone.
This rental place is straight forward and very helpful. Just when I think every rental place is trying to get very dime from me. I got a small discount just because I had to do an on the fly repair on the bike rack when I had it (a bolt fell out). Also we asked for a full day and we showed up 45 minutes after the 24 hour period and they didn't charge us anything extra.
I reserved 9 bikes the day before our outing. The morning of, Rob the manager, emails me with a confirmation.
Upon our arrival we were greeted and given a detailed explanation of the route and what we should expect from the trail. Super sweet team who really cared and made sure we were going to have a great time. All nine of us felt so welcomed!
Honestly this Hollywood tour was a waste of money! The stops are very far from one another, the schedule is not accurate. I was not impressed by the 8 stops, two were comedy clubs and the rest felt very random! You re better off jumping on the metro bus for free due to COVID and head where you want to. The Santa Monica Blvd metro bus takes you closer to Rodeo Drive and the Santa Monica pier!
My children & I took the LA Tour with Gary! He was awesome, welcoming, & entertaining. This is a great way to see sites & map out what to come back to on your own. My children really loved see the celebrity homes, the views from Mulholland were wonderful!
