If you sign up to use their free version they will call multiple times per day for days on end to try to sell you their product. Also, look at their responses to other reviews. They seem defensive. Commenting on someone's issue and responding with "it's strange that you..", speaks volumes.

Sales services was great. They answered every time and got us set up quickly, but when I called in with an issue I couldn't get ahold of support. I've tried email. I've tried calling sales and having them transfer me (My call gets dropped in the transfer every time.) I've called support directly and left message but never hear back. I've been trying for almost 3 months.
After Stack's response to the above I was hopeful that I would finally get a contacted by someone who could help but unfortunately it has been over a week and I have not received any communication.

This is a GREAT estimating tool. That said, they offer a FREE version in which you can maintain 2 projects at once, each project has a limit of 10 measurements. If you don't but their service though they will suspend your account and act like you are taking advantage of them. I figured out how to use their system that THEY designed and they got mad about it and told me I breached the terms of agreement. Their nasty phone call telling me my account was suspended is by far NOT a way to get my business. I am in the process of deciding which estimating tools to use, and they 100% destroyed any possibility of me being a paying customer.

Very unprofessional, price has doubled, sales deptment sold us on the price increase to include 2 USERS well now that we renewed and that we start to add the 2nd its only a viewer and no a user, which is totally misleading and not what we were told. I feel like we have been terribly mislead and this company could care less! DON'T RECOMMEND!!!

This is a sales website more than a porthole for sharing information.
