Bought a Norco there that had been used as a demo at Floydfest. Got a great deal! I bought it right at closing time and they stayed to give it a once over and clean it up, so I could take it home that day. Great service!

Got a flat. stopped in for the first time today after just starting riding. They were more than accommodating. I was strapped for cash so could only afford the tube, they gave me tips on replacing it, and even gave my bike a once over to see if everything else was in order.

Not you friendly neighborhood bike shop. Went in to get my daughters bike fixed and was treated extremely rudely. Was told to buy a new bike. Would never recommend them to anyone. He needs to learn how to treat customers but I fought he ever will.

Got a tuneup. Very nice and went out of their way to be helpful.

I want answers Starlight bicycles to check out sizing for a Bianchi. They were great about giving me recommendations for different models, and letting me take one out for a test ride to make sure it felt right. The gentleman behind the counter also what's good about pointing out other brands that I hadn't even considered because I had tunnel vision on Bianchi. If they don't have a bike there that you are interested in, they are more than happy to do the research and find availability for you!

So friendly and helpful. Going back first of the week to get a bike. Highly recommended.
