this is the best company to do medical records I have no problem with the time or with the privacy, also the customer service was Excellent! Helping me with any questions I had wit my medical records and I also received them in a timely manor
The turn over time is great at Star-Med I would use them again.
They won t release records as soon as you pay for them. They held 3 of the records we requested 2 weeks after they were paid for. Why are they holding on to time sensitive requests?

This company is horrible.Never in my life have I had such trouble getting copies of my health records. This place lacks customer service. Not only were my records sent to wrong location but its been almost a month and my request still hasn't been processed to the correct location. I hope I never have to deal with this company again.
The customer service of this company is absolutely awful. Not having a support department to help customers is ridiculous. Staff are completely RUDE. Staff's answer is: "Oh its your computer thats the problem. No one else has had this problem." Attitude and tone is everything in customer service and this company is lacking in both of those areas. Last time I checked, customer service is about servicing the customer. Not placing a blame on anyone or anything. I hope to never deal with this company again.
I thought Star-Med did a wonderful job with my health information that I requested. They did an awesome job processing the right information accurately, securely, and timely. All my services were provided while they maintained the confidentiality, privacy, and security of my health information.
Frankly the worst records production company out there. They do not follow statutes and cannot accept credit card payments. They are disorganized and I often must call several times to receive the records I have requested. Its disappointing that UPMC Pinnacle has decided to use this group for record production.
I requested my Medical records through Coordinated Health they was not helpful,only connecting me to Star Med and was very helpful.
