Always like delivering here. Unload is very quick and efficient.

Strict appointment times. Got door immediately. Unloaded in a little over an hour. Overnight parking in street.

I'm rarely ever late to an appointment. Today I was only 30 minutes late and Staples to going to charge me $600. Ridiculous. I would understand if a was a day late or even several hours, but 30 minutes?!? This is why we need a driver's union. And of course the employees here don't care, it's business as usual for them. I'm never coming back or ever shopping at a Staples store.

Nice people working there but they are a little slow bout unloading the trailer other than that it was a pleasant experience delivering there

As a current employee I am truly flabbergasted by the way Kenny treats his employees. He is the most unprofessional supervisor I have had to ever work with. I have worked there for 6 years and I have never been so mistreated by upper management. I do not know how much longer I will be employed and treated so poorly. Many co workers have had the same experience that I have had. I suggest you work on his managerial skills and people management skills before you lose even more of your employees. Kenny downgrades his employee s, raises his voice and disgraces us in front of fellow employees. If something is not address about this situation I will be filing a formal complaint. Unhappy Employee.
